Specialists in Educational Visits & Team Building SANDOWN BAY Please contact the team for your Bespoke Tariff These Tariffs are based on your individual needs, with one teacher free with every ten paying children. This is our standard tariff and this is based up to a 49 seater single deck coach. Please ring for a separate quotation for larger groups over 49 which require a large capacity coach and for smaller groups under 30 children (an adjustment in tariff can be made). Monday and Thursday evenings, no coach hire will be available due to restricted drivers hours. BEFORE YOUR VISIT Once you have decided that you would like Isle of Wight Experience to arrange your visit, we will be pleased to discuss any national curriculum needs and special requirements you wish your school to include within your chosen itinerary. We shall be happy to supply teachers with comprehensive background information notes for chosen venues, along with activity sheets for the children where necessary. We take selective care over the choice of coach companies. We use reliable operators who offer modern comfortable coaches, who all conform with current seat belt laws and have a good working record with school children. The hotels on the Island that we use have been personally vetted for a good standard of accommodation for children and staff, giving a home from home welcome and their best intentions at all times. INSURANCE Isle of Wight Experience is covered by a professional indemnity and a public liability insurance of 10 million. Booking early is essential due to the popularity of the Island. This also saves any disappointment on arranging itineraries. English Heritage bookings have to be made by the schools ringing direct on 0370 333 0606. Booking early is vital. We advise where possible for the group leader to make a pre-visit, especially if the school is a new visitor to the Island. This is encouraged by offering free accommodation for one night for two persons. Please note travel costs are not included, but we will be pleased to arrange this for you.
