Inspection of a DTO should at least focus on: Existence of safety policy statement Adequacy regarding DTO activities; Actions, if applicable; Flight training in accordance with DTO training programme, conduct and standards Training records Use of FSTD Operating sites and associated facilities as appropriate Existence of appropriate measures to achieve objectives of safety policy
