4 ADVISER MINUTE Where does the time go? Kidi Kidish just held the Spring Conclave at Camp Brown. I wish to congratulate all the new Ordeal and Brotherhood Arrowmen. Also there are two new Vigil Honor members Quinton Rucker and Randy Kiser. I am looking forward to seeing the others that need to complete their Ordeal and Brotherhood conversion to attend the Fall Fellowship at Camp Hansen. By the time this newsletter is received all of you Arrowmen should be recuperating from a fun filled experience of a summer camp. If you were unable to attend any camp I still hope you all did some camping whether it be with the troop or with family. Elections are coming up and it would be nice to see some of you take it seriously and become a chapter or lodge officers. There are a lot of good leaders out there that need to step up. If small steps need to be taken volunteer to help with some of the events. Or even take on a roll on the ceremonial teams. At the SpringConclave Clayton and I asked each and every chapter to have a ceremonial team. I hope this is being done. 2015 will be a very big year for the OA and Kidi Kidish with the celebrating of 100 years. The lodge would like to send a large contingency to NOAC. More information can be found on the web site. Ask others that have attended in the past to find out how much fun a NOAC is. The lodge will also be hosting the 100 year celebration for our section at Camp Hansen in September 2015. We will need your help with the planning and preparation. Thanks to Tommy Giardano the lodge was able to send two adult advisers to the Philmont Training center. From what I understand Tim McFee and Jonathan McClung were filled with a lot of knowledge and new ideas that will help Kidi Kidish grow in strength. The number one concern is still the dues these need to be paid by January every year. Right now we hope Lodge Master will allow us to send out rosters with the troops recharter. I know there is more I should say but God just sent through some 80mph winds. Power is out and a lot of trees are knocked down. It is hard typing in the dark. I just want to end by telling everyone that has helped me with my adviser duties Thank you. It has been stressful to do everything and to help and watch my wife take care of her mother in her final days on earth. God bless you all and hope to see you at the Fall Fellowship. YIB,
