Welcome to Barcelona Summer Cup - July 1-5th 2019 Barcelona Summer Cup is an international youth football tournament for boys and girls, held in Salou and Cambrils area in the south of Barcelona. In the past this tournament has hosted teams from Bangladesh, England, Faroe Isles, Finland, Iceland, Israel, Mauritius, Norway, N.Ireland, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the USA to join the Spanish in this fantastic event. All the matches in the tournament will be played at a fantastic football venue with 8 full size fields four high quality natural grass (two hybrid fields) and four latest generation artificial grass fields. Please remember that it is strictly forbidden to use football boots with metal studs! Tournament Programme Age Groups Boys 11v11: U16 born on or after 1.1.2003. U15 born on or after 1.1.2004. U14 born on or after 1.1.2005 U13 born on or after 1.1.2006 7v7: U12 born on or after 1.1.2007. U11 born on or after 1.1.2008. U10 born on or after 1.1.2009 Girls 11v11: U16 born on or after January 1, 2003/04 U14 born on or after January 1, 2005/06 Girls 7 v 7: U12 born on or after 1.1. 2007/08 *Age dispensations will automatically be given to 4 players (2 players in 7v7) per team who are a maximum one year older. Monday, July 1st Arrival. You will be met by a tournament representative in the arrival area, who will take you to the tournament bus. From the airport you will go to Football Salou for the tournament registration and age check. From there you will go to your hotel. Dinner at the hotel. Accommodation: Your tournament hotel will be confirmed about 14 days before the tournament starts. All tournament hotels will be near the beach. Tuesday/Wednesday July 2nd and 3rd After breakfast the tournament matches begin. Meals: All meals will be served in the hotel. A varied breakfast buffet, which includes hot and cold dishes, also hot and cold drinks. As for lunch and dinner, you can enjoy a wide variety of both hot and cold food from the buffet style restaurant. Mineral water is included with lunch and dinner. Thursday, July 4th After breakfast more tournament matches culminating in the finals, followed by the trophy presentation which takes place after the final matches.. Each player gets a tournament medal. Four best teams of each age group get a tournament trophy Best Player, Top Scorer and Best Goalkeeper get a tournament trophy. Friday, July 5th Breakfast and lunch at the hotel before returning to the airport for your flight home. Depending on flight times you may want to pay a visit to the Nom Camp stadium on the way back to the airport. If you combine the return journey to the airport with a visit to the stadium the bus cost is halved.

At 76 metre high, it's the tallest and fastest rollercoaster in Europe, reaching speeds of 80 mph. Shambhala has all the ingredients of a fantastic and memorable adventure: scaling the highest summits, descending into abseil chasms and journeying through dark tunnels and mountain lakes, all on a ride featuring an outline reminiscent of a real mountain range. Enter Angkor, the fantastic Lost Kingdom of Cambodia for an exciting interactive family river adventure. Board your boat at the temple and embark on a watery journey through the jungle, using your water cannon to shoot at the pythons, monkeys and tigers found in the temple, so that your boat can freely pass through. As you enter a town you must hit the targets so the locals will let you carry on your way. Finally, the naval battle awaits... Who will win? Whilst Hurakan Condor stands at over 100 metres tall and lifts its riders slowly to the top before plunging to the ground in freefall! The terrifying Furius Baco ride accelerates from 0 to 80 mph in less than 3 seconds, twisting through trenches and tunnels over the spectacular PortAventura Lake! Port Aventura Water Park At the Caribbean themed Port Aventura Caribe Water Park, kick back on the lazy river in an oversized Furius Baco rubber ring or relax in the shade of the palm Tutuki Splash trees. The Camp Nou Experience. This tour retraces the steps of players that have made history, such as Kubala, Cruyff, Maradona, Guardiola, Ronaldinho, Suarez, Nemar and Messi among others. Visitors can feel the true Barça passion by visiting the most emblematic areas of the Camp Nou. Discover the visitors' changing room and the tunnel onto the pitch, from where a panoramic view of the whole stadium can be enjoyed, you can also sit on the first team bench! In addition you will visit the Museum with large-format interactive walls, new showcases and a wide collection of objects that reveal the history of FC Barcelona and understand the values that make Barça més que un club more than a club. Here any football fan's dream comes true as they sense just what it is like to be a Barça player. You go on to visit the television studio, the mixed zone, the press room and the commentary boxes. The tour ends on the second floor, where you can visit the fascinating Multimedia space, which was renovated in January 2010, and which has been received enthusiastically by members and visitors.
