International High-speed Rail Association (IHRA) Media Tour Invitation: The IHRA Forum 2018 International High-speed Rail Association (IHRA) is a global organization, aiming to contribute to the global development of safe and efficient high-speed rail and establish an international standard based on the principle of Crash Avoidance. (https://www.ihra-hsr.org/) IHRA will hold its third international forum, IHRA Forum 2018 on November 7-9, 2018 in Fukuoka, Japan. Media are invited to participate in any of the programs listed hereunder. The Media Tour on Wed, Nov. 7 is specially organized for foreign media to provide an insight to Japan s high-speed rail technology and the culture behind it, essential for ensuring safety. All logistical arrangements will be taken care of by the host, and more detailed program will be made available closer to the time. 1.
