Thank you for considering the Holiday Inn Winchester as a venue for your event. The Holiday Inn Winchester is a new generation hotel which is large, bright and very spacious. It is decorated to an extremely high standard and offers all the facilities you would expect from an award winning 4 star hotel. We have put together this brochure for you to give you some information about the Holiday Inn Winchester, our facilities for conference and events and any package inclusions. We are also able to offer bespoke packages for those who wish to organise something a little different. We do hope that enclosed in the attached information are all the details that you require. Should you require any further information then please do not hesitate to contact the conference and events team.

Meeting Rooms We have 8 state of the art conference and events rooms, the largest meeting room can cater for up to 250 theatre style and the smallest can cater for up to 10 boardroom. All rooms have natural daylight, high speed wireless internet and are air conditioned. The small rooms have an LCD television fitted on the wall with connection for a laptop so that you can show presentations. For the larger rooms we can provide projectors and screens. All of our meeting rooms are equipped with a flipchart, unlimited mineral water, pads of paper, pens, a stationary box and table sweets.

Meeting Rooms

Refreshments We offer a tea/coffee station to all guests booking a meeting room. We have a variety of hot drinks that guests can help themselves to during the day. Tea/coffee is also served with pastries, snacks such as popcorn and pretzels, fruit and homemade cake, all of which is prepared fresh by our onsite pastry chef. Within our package price tea/coffee is unlimited and for room hire we offer the option of purchasing unlimited or a per person price. Lunch is included in our package rates, which consists of a hot and cold buffet in our award winning Morn Hill Brasserie Restaurant. Alternatively we can offer a working lunch which can be served in your room if requested; other options are available on request. All our lunches include a meat, fish and vegetarian option and please advise of any dietary requirements.

Accommodation Your guests can expect to stay in ultimate comfort in one of our 141 spacious bedrooms including an Executive suite, Executive rooms and Accessible rooms. All rooms are fitted with air conditioning, have high speed WIFI, power shower, satellite TV, luxury toiletries, pillow menu and offer 24 hour room service. Access to the hotels minigym is also included in all accommodation rates

Location The hotel is conveniently situated minutes from junctions 9 and 10 off the M3 and is a 5 minute drive to Winchester city centre. For guests coming via public transport we are 15 minutes from Southampton Airport and are on the main bus route from Winchester. The hotel offers 169 complimentary parking spaces to all conference guests and a shuttle service to the city centre during the evenings for any corporate guests staying with us.
