The digital Truma CP PLUS control unit for regulating the hot air heating system is also installed in the sleeping area. PLENTY OF SPACE IN GARAGES AND STOW- AGE COMPARTMENTS The well insulated heated rear garage also has a door on the driver s side allowing easy loading from both sides. Both attractive and practical, it boasts handy shelves and finejet shower fittings. The large mirror cabinets offer plenty of storage space. The extendable washing line in the bathrooms of the Optima model range is a particularly clever solution. The rotating Thetford toilet comes with a quiet flush. COCKPIT WITH ALL MOD CONS Upholstered in the same fabric as the living area, the driver and passenger seats are equipped with armrests and are swivel and height-adjustable. The front and side windows come with pleated blackout blinds. The large hinged roof vent on the semi-integrated vehicles lets in plenty of daylight and fresh air. ALL THE MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE MOTOR- HOME ARE CONTROLLED BY INNOVATIVE ON- BOARD TECHNOLOGY The Hobby CI-BUS on-board management system with TFT control panel is used to control and monitor all electronic devices connected to the on-board supply. The IBS intelligent battery sensor supplies all the key data relating to the starter and body battery. This technology protects the battery and reduces charging times by approx. 30 per cent by comparison with conventional chargers. Your Hobby motorhome is also fully winter-proof. The fresh water tank and pipes are installed in a frost-free location and the waste water tank is heated and insulated. The powerful Truma Combi 6e hot air heating system warms up your vehicle in no time and supplies hot water via the integrated 10-litre boiler. The modern multimedia system of the motorhomes includes a navigation system with reversing camera, pitch database and CD/DVD player with two extra loudspeakers in the living area. HOBBY CI-BUS ON-BOARD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WITH TFT CONTROL PANEL The Hobby-designed CI-BUS on-board management system controls all devices and functions within the on-board network. The control button plus six additional softkeys under the display allow convenient and intuitive navigation between menus. Whether TRUMA, DOMETIC or other makes: thanks to the cross-sector interface, the new symbols and graphics on the Hobby TFT control panel represent a cross-section of all manufacturers symbols. That way the user is presented with an already familiar symbolic environment and can read off data from the display, e.g. date/time, inside/outside temperature, water tank filling level and battery charge/discharge, or activate settings directly. Other CI-BUS-capable on-board components such as heating and air conditioning can also be centrally controlled. The system is standardised and updateable, thus ensuring compatibility with next-generation devices. To date, up to 15 devices can already communicate with the control panel. (See manufacturer s instructions) FUSE BOX UNDER PASSENGER SEAT Changing a fuse is a doddle thanks to the readily accessible distribution box under the passenger seat. The removable socket wrench serves as a battery master switch and can be used to interrupt the 12 V circuit at any time to prevent the battery from discharging completely during longer idle periods, e.g. in winter. All values can be read off from the TFT control panel. The battery sensor supplies the intelligent charger with the exact charging current and voltage it needs, thereby ensuring energy-efficient charging up to 100 percent capacity. INSULATED, HEATED WASTE WA- TER TANK The waste water tank on all Hobby motorhomes is installed under the floor and housed in a shatter-proof and heated insulation box. The slide valve for the used water is located in the heated part of the waste water tank so that frost doesn t get a look-in. 66

TRUMA COMBINATION HOT AIR HEATING SYSTEM WITH HOT WATER BOILER The hot air pipes of the TRUMA combi LED AMBIENT LIGHTING An array of lighting elements using energy-saving LED technology serve to create a unique atmosphere. The LED strip lights on the wall units provide an extra-special touch. All 12 V lighting consists exclusively of energy-saving LED technology. heater ensure an optimal distribution of heated air throughout the vehicle for a cosy temperature. It is controlled via the Hobby TFT control panel and also via the digital CP PLUS TRUMA control panel in the sleeping area. CENTRAL GAS DISTRI- BUTOR IN KITCHEN The gas distributor is located in an easily accessible spot in the kitchen. REAR-VENTILATED LOCKERS Optimal circulation of the rising radiator heat: air vents in the wall units and a large enough gap between the winter vents and the exterior wall prevent damp spots and mildew. NAVIGATION SYSTEM DAB+ READY INCL. CD/DVD, REVERSING CAMERA AND PITCH DATABASE Besides functioning as a DVD player, navigation system and display for the reversing camera, the BLAUPUNKT AV tuner is used for wireless phone calls via Bluetooth and as a central media player including pitch-finder app. Also available with DAB+. WATER / GAS / ELECTRICITY HOBBYCONNECT NETWORK OF THE FUTURE Developed exclusively for Hobby leisure vehicles, the HobbyConnect on-board control system allows you to control the entire on-board technology via mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets. For this you will need the MyHobby app, which can be used to check or directly activate settings such as time, temperatures, filling levels and battery charge. Other BUS-capable on-board components such as heating and air conditioning can also be centrally controlled. HobbyConnect provides an interface between the motorhome s CI-BUS on-board management system and the Internet. EXTERNAL GAS SOCKET External connector for gas-driven devices. PRACTICAL OUTSIDE SHOWER The outside shower not only cools you down on hot days, but is also handy for rinsing bits of equipment. That means you can connect directly with virtually any location in the world from your own vehicle. Data communication takes place in both directions via a special web server. That way you can receive push notifications on the mobile device, e.g. if the vehicle is removed from its location in case of theft. 230 V EXTERNAL SOCKET The 230 V external power point means you can watch TV or use the electric grill outside when the weather s nice. (Television not included) ALDE HOT WATER HEATER The ALDE hot water heater 3020 HE with a total power output of 8,500 watts and an integrated 8.-litre boiler is available for many models. Heating and water heating can be used both simultaneously and independently of one another. WEBASTO PARKING HEATER Integrated in the cooling circuit of the base vehicle, the Thermo Top C diesel heater from Webasto warms up the engine compartment and cockpit before you even start up thanks to a digital timer that lets you preselect the start time for the heating-up phase. SATELLITE SYSTEM The fully automatic satellite system CAP 650 from Kathrein includes a rotating flat antenna with a large range. Measuring just 21 centimetres high, it has excellent aerodynamic qualities. The antenna comes with a twin LNB, which means that two receivers can be integrated in the system and automatically align with the right satellite for the selected channel.
