REGISTRATION DESK The Registration Desk will be situated in the Perth Ballroom Foyer. Your name badge will be available for collection at the registration desk. The desk will also be your main point of contact throughout the Conference. EXHIBITION TIMETABLE Times are accurate at date of publication, however are subject to change. Please note all times are in AWST. When booking flights and accommodation, please note these times and dates may change slightly. MARKET PLACE BOOTH STAND DETAILS Exhibitors who have purchased the shell scheme option in the Market Place, will receive the following in their package: SHELL SCHEME 3m wide x 2m deep, 2.4m high A 220mm deep purple panel with 90mm white vinyl cut lettering. FASCIA SIGNAGE The clear height under the fascia is 2110mm. Fascia will be provided to all open sides and where necessary will be supported on 40mm square aluminium supports WALLS 2360mm high white Octonorm walls in a 40mm x 40mm aluminium frame. Each wall panel is 970mm wide. Visual size for putting posters on the white panels is 950mm Wide x 2340mm High FLOORING POWER & LIGHTING The venue is already carpeted. Protective baseboard is compulsory and required for all additional flooring carpet orders 2 x spotlights & 1 x power point ITEMS WHICH CAN BE USED The walls are octanorm. Velcro strips are recommended to affix items to walls. No nails, staples, screws or glue are to be used. Damage to panels will be charged to the exhibitor. DISPLAY TABLES Exhibitors who have purchased a display table package will receive the following: One (1) trestle table, one (1) table cloth Two (2) chairs One (1) exhibitor pass (which includes): - Morning and afternoon catering breaks - Conference satchel - Conference pocket program - Attendance to Conference sessions Your display table will be approximately 1.8m x 0.9cm. Power is not included in the trestle table package. Should you require power please contact the official stand builder Perth Expo (JenniferHume@perthexpo.com.au) to book power for your table. PLAYGROUND SPACE This is your space to be creative! Display your furniture, storage, library solutions, bean bags, play mats, sporting equipment. The space is raw; therefore, the opportunities are endless. Companies who have purchased the playground space only receive the following: Space only size of 3m x 2m One (1) exhibitor pass (which includes): - Morning and afternoon catering breaks - Conference satchel - Conference Pocket Program - Attendance to Conference sessions Power is not included in the playground space package. Should you require power, please contact the official stand builder Perth Expo (JenniferHume@perthexpo.com.au) to book power requirements. If you require any furniture, signage or audio visual for your space we recommend contacting the official stand builder Perth Expo who will be more than willing to assist you with your requirements. CUSTOM BUILD STANDS Exhibitors installing custom designed stands must email the contact details of their appointed stand contractor, together with stand design specifications, to the Exhibition Coordinator, at bhull@arinex.com.au by 29 February 2019. The Exhibition Coordinator will provide written approval or advise of any modifications or changes that need to be made. Unless otherwise stated, exhibitors are responsible for making their own arrangements for services required. It is the responsibility of all exhibitors to ensure their contractors or agents are familiar with the rules & regulations of the Perth. Exhibition Manual 11

BUILD HEIGHT The maximum build height for the Perth is 2.4m. Should you wish to build higher please contact bhull@arinex.com.au ELECTRICAL / LIGHTING REQUIREMENTS Custom Designed Stands/ Space Only If you have purchased a raw space option and are therefore installing a custom designed stand or a playground space, lights and power are not provided. To order electricity you must contact Perth Expo the official electrical contractor, by 29 February 2019. If you are installing any form of equipment on your stand, please ensure you order adequate power. This will alleviate any power surges that may occur due to inadequate power supply. If you are unsure of the level of electrics you require, or if you require electrical converters, please contact Perth Expo. EXHIBITOR REGISTRATIONS AND NAME BADGES EXHIBITION STAFF NAME BADGES All Exhibition Staff will be issued with name badges. In the interest of security, name badges must be worn at all times and must be clearly visible. Please note access to the exhibition venue will be denied without the correct identification. COMPLIMENTARY EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION PROMO CODE: EXHI2019 Each 3m x 2m booth will receive two (2) exhibition staff passes. Trestle Table and playground space exhibitors receive one (1) exhibition staff pass. The Exhibitor Registration includes: Name badge Entrance to the exhibition Conference satchel (including all Conference material, program and delegate list*) Lunches, morning and afternoon teas (to be served in the exhibition area) Access to sessions ADDITIONAL EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION - $350.00 INC GST PROMO CODE: EXHI2019 Exhibitors may purchase Additional Exhibitor Registrations if they require more passes than their included entitlements. The Additional Exhibitor Registration includes: Name badge Entrance to the exhibition Conference satchel (including all Conference material, program and delegate list*) Lunches, morning and afternoon teas (to be served in the exhibition area) * This list will be provided prior to the Conference. Such lists will exclude any delegates who have withheld permission to publish their details in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act. Exhibition Manual 12

HOW TO REGISTER 1. To redeem your Complimentary Exhibitor Registration or to purchase Additional Exhibitor Registrations, please click here 2. In the Promo Code section of the registration form please enter the code EXHI19 Please note, exhibitors have the choice to nominate whether their name badges are printed with personal and company name OR company name only. Any staff required to work on your stand in addition to the nominated exhibitor representative must purchase an Additional Exhibitor Pass. Badges will be available for collection at the Conference from the Registration Desk. VENUE ACCESS & DELIVERY DETAILS EXHIBITOR DELIVERIES For your convenience a Perth Delivery label is included in the attachments section of this document. All deliveries to Perth must have a label completed and attached to each item being delivered. - Deliveries can only be accepted within two (2) working days prior to the scheduled event bump in, Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:30am to 3:00pm. - Each item must be clearly labeled with a Delivery Label (attached) please be sure to complete each section in full. - Perth reserves the right to refuse deliveries should the items not be clearly marked or are delivered outside the approved delivery times. Delivery Directions ALL items are to be delivered via the Towers Loading Dock. On arrival, please call the Duty Manager on 0403 384 479 for assistance. Collections - All items are to be removed on conclusion of the exhibition. - Any items that remain on the premises will be discarded if not collected within two (2) working days. - It is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to arrange a courier for any such items and to notify the Duty Manager to expect their arrival by calling 0403 384 479. Please liaise directly with the Duty Manager regarding the removal of oversized items that require professional removal. Exhibitor to ensure appropriate labels are placed on the items and collection is completed within the bump-out period. - Items being collected by courier must be labeled with a Collection Label (see attachments) and a consignment note which is to be supplied and completed by the exhibitor and attached to the item(s). - Perth and Arinex will not take responsibility for any lost or damaged consignment notes. SPONSORS PLEASE NOTE: If you are entitled to provide material for inclusion in the delegate satchels, please ensure you DO NOT USE the exhibition delivery label. A separate label for satchel inserts will be provided to all sponsors by the Sponsorship Manager in due course. You must ensure items intended as a satchel insert are packed and labelled separately from your exhibition display materials. FREIGHT INFORMATION Agility Fairs & Events (a specialized exhibition & event logistics provider) is the recommended freight forwarder for domestic and international freight for ECLD19, Early Childhood Learning and Development Conference. Agility can arrange all local, interstate and international transport services to the venue. Prior to the exhibition, Agility will contact all exhibitors to discuss their specific logistics requirements. As the venue has very strict guidelines regarding delivery and pick up of freight, we highly recommend using Agility as they work weekends and outside normal business hours. If you are using Agility for freight, your goods will be delivered to the nominated loading dock at the venue. Please note, that Agility is not onsite at this show. Therefore, exhibitors should make their own arrangements directly with the venue, for the movement of their goods from the loading dock to the exhibition stand. This includes all materials handling (forklifts, pallet jacks, trolleys) requirements. SAFETY VESTS All Organisers, contractors and exhibitors and their staff must wear safety vests and closed in shoes whilst on the loading dock, service road or in the exhibition hall during the construction, bump in and bump out of events. Vehicle drivers and offsiders or passengers utilising the service road or dock areas, who intend to exit their vehicle are required to wear a safety vest or approved hi-visibility clothing for safety purposes. STORAGE Please note there is no storage during the exhibition. Large packing crates or boxes MUST be removed off site and returned to the exhibition for the move-out period. Exhibitors requiring storage of goods during the Exhibition are advised to make arrangements with their freight forwarder, or contact the official freight forwarder Agility. AUDIO VISUAL Audio visual equipment for exhibition stands may be hired from Perth Expo. Contact details are listed in the Directory of Contacts located at the front of this Manual. CAR PARKING Perth provides a variety of parking options: - Under Cover Parking at $25.00 per day - Open Air Parking FREE - Valet Parking Metropol and Promenade $50.00 per vehicle - Valet Parking Towers $55.00 per vehicle Pre-paid parking can be arranged on request to your Event Manager. All parking rates are valid for a 24-hour period. ELECTRICAL TESTING AND TAGGING REQUIREMENTS All electrical equipment entering the Perth must comply with the Australian Standards. All electrical equipment used in the workplace, including equipment brought in to the building by contractors or third parties must be tagged and tested. The outward sign of compliance with the Act will be the equipment s electrical test tag, compliant with AS3760: 2003. The Perth reserves the right to inspect and remove or replace any electrical equipment not complying with the Act. Power cords which are detachable, such as IEC leads, extension leads and power boards are separate items and need to be tested independently from the equipment they are supplied with. To have your items tested and tagged please contact your local electrician, or arrange for an electrical contractor to visit you onsite. EMERGENCY PROCEDURES Evacuation will only occur when there is a threat to safety and it will only occur when the Chief Warden for Perth orders one. Exhibition Manual 15

Should an evacuation is necessary the following will occur: Stage 1: Alert Prepare and muster for an evacuation. Stage 2: Evacuation Evacuate the building and go to assigned assembly area number 7 (cark park 6). Once you have left the building and arrived at the assembly area, please remain there until advised if it is safe to return. Stage 3: All Clear Safe to re-enter the building Perth has an Emergency Warning and Inter-Communications System (EWIS) in place: ALERT Signal When the ALERT signal is sounding (an audible and continuous Beep Beep Beep ), you must follow all directions given by staff or emergency services. EVACUATION Signal When the EVACUATION signal is sounding (an audible and continuous Whoop Whoop Whoop ), you must immediately leave the building via the nearest safety exit and follow all directions. DO NOT RETURN TO THE BUILDING UNTIL THE ALL CLEAR IS GIVEN FIRST AID Should first-aid be required a Perth staff member will contact a qualified first aid attendant. Perth offers qualified medics and a first aid post on site at all times. FOOD & BEVERAGE REGULATIONS For safety reasons, alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited from the Exhibition (excluding official functions arranged by the organisers). This includes the period of move-in and move-out as well as during the Exhibition. Exhibitors, delegates and organisers are not permitted to supply their own food or beverage unless prior approval has been attained by the Perth. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in the product/item being confiscated. All catering requirements for the booths can be arranged with the venue prior to the commencement of the event by completing an Expo Booth Catering Form attached to this manual. The forms are to be sent to bhull@arinex.com.au who can forward them through to the Event Manager on your behalf. will be in contact with individual stand holders to confirm requirements. CLEANING Cleaning of general aisle ways is included in the cost of Exhibition space. Please ensure that the area around your display is always kept as clean as possible. Any rubbish or small boxes placed outside your display stand (in the general aisle ways) will be taken away by cleaning staff at the close of the Exhibition each day. Telecommunication Services Under no circumstances will an exhibitor be permitted to supply their own IT networking equipment (i.e. port hubs, router etc.) as this could have a direct impact on the network for the event in its entirety. Perth Convention Centre will enable a connection to the internet. Should you require your own internet access for the Conference, the costs for Wired or Wireless Internet Access can be obtained from bhull@arinex.com.au. If you wish to order these services please complete the attached Perth IT Order Request Form and email to bhull@arinex.com.au with your payment details with a minimum of 4 weeks notice. All of Perth IT equipment supplied or otherwise made available to an exhibitor must always remain on the premises. It is the exhibitor s responsibility to return any equipment issued in full working order. INSURANCE / PRODUCT AND PUBLIC LIABILITY Exhibitors must arrange adequate insurance cover for their stand, products and personnel. This must include the move-in and move-out times of the Exhibition as well as for the duration of the Exhibition. Public liability insurance must also be included to the value of A$20 million. Each exhibitor must forward a Certificate of Currency of their public liability insurance to the exhibition coordinator prior to 29 February 2019. INDEMNITY Every exhibitor is required to complete the Indemnity Form located in the attachments section of this manual, indemnifying the Exhibition Managers as organiser against damage to the venue and public liability. PAYMENT, BOOKING CONDITIONS & CANCELLATIONS In the event of cancellation, a service fee of A$1,000 applies for each space cancelled prior to 29 October 2018. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date. Any space not claimed and occupied before 1000 on Friday 29 March 2019 can be reassigned without refund. The Exhibition Managers reserve the right to rearrange the floor plan and/or relocate any exhibit without notice. The Exhibition Managers will not discount or refund for any facilities not used or required. RIGGING If signs/banners need to be hung exhibitors must contact Perth Expo Hire. SECURITY Exhibitors must make provisions for the safeguarding of their goods, materials, equipment and displays at all times. Please be security conscious, do not leave bags, purses, laptops or any easily portable items unattended at any time in your stand. Please remember, the Exhibition Managers will not be held responsible for lost or damaged property. You are urged to maintain full insurance coverage for damage or loss of your property. RULES OF EXHIBITING All demonstrations or other promotional activities, e.g. literature handouts, must be confined to your exhibit space and at no time will be allowed to be located in or distributed from other locations in the Exhibition or the venue generally. No exhibitor will be allowed to display signs in any of the common areas of the Perth unless participating in a program sponsored by the Exhibition Managers. Aisles should not be obstructed in any way. Stand personnel, including promotional staff, etc., are not allowed to distribute literature or promotional items of any kind outside the confines of the contracted exhibit space. This restriction includes areas outside Perth. Sufficient space must be provided within the stand for the comfort and safety of persons watching demonstrations and other promotional activities. If large crowds gather to watch a demonstration and interfere with the flow of aisle traffic, Exhibition Managers have the responsibility, as per fire regulations, to resolve the situation. The exhibitor will be required to provide rope and stanchion or security personnel, to direct traffic, at the exhibitor's expense, or the presentation will be terminated. Demonstration tables must be placed a minimum of one metre from the aisle line of your exhibition stand. The Exhibition Managers reserve the right to restrict exhibits which, because of noise, method of operation, materials or any other reason, become objectionable. Exhibition Managers may prohibit or remove any exhibit which, in the opinion of the Exhibition Managers, detracts from the general character of the Exhibition as a whole, or consists of products or services inconsistent with the purpose of the Exhibition. If in doubt, please call the Exhibition Managers in advance of the Exhibition to discuss your exhibit. The above restrictions include people, props, conduct, printed matter, and anything of a character which the Exhibition Managers determine is objectionable or inappropriate for any reason. Exhibitors may not sell or distribute food/ beverages or tobacco. No animals may be displayed as part of the exhibit stand, or brought into the Exhibition. Vision or hearing impaired persons will be granted permission for trained guide dogs. Please alert the Exhibition Managers, in writing, of any promotional items to be given away at your stand. The Exhibition Managers reserve the right to deny permission for promotional items deemed objectionable or inappropriate. Perth prohibits the use of helium balloons distributed or used for display purposes within the exhibit halls. No adhesive backed decals are to be given out or used within the exhibit halls.
