03 Product and Service Experience
3.1 Transfers We offer warm and personalized services from the moment you get on board until you reach your hotel. We monitor all flights to ensure that we will be ready to receive our passengers. Whether flights are on time or delayed; we will always be on time. We have a fleet of modern vehicles for passenger transfers. More than 32 years of experience in transportation services have allowed us to perfect our services and guarantee the satisfaction of our customers. We are the only travel agency to have an office at Cancun International Airport, allowing us to provide travelers with immediate support in case of last-minute requests. 15 8 We guarantee a maximum wait time of 15 minutes for passengers to board the transfer vehicle after meeting with one of our representatives. The wait time for private transfers is 8 minutes. 4MAX With the objective of reducing the arrival times for passengers, the maximum number of stops with shared transportation is 4, however most of the transfers do not exceed 3 stops per service.
Safety, Comfort & Technology All of our vehicles have a special seat for children or infants, which is available at no additional charge. All of our vehicles have complimentary WiFi, enabling our passengers to stay connected and enjoy access to the Internet and their social networks while traveling to their destinations. $ We have extensive liability insurance to protect our passengers in Cancun and the Riviera Maya. Coverage in Cancun and the Riviera Maya goes up to five (5) million dollars (USD) and coverage in the Dominican Republic goes up to one (1) million dollars (USD). We process reservations automatically through an interface that allows us to reduce human error. All of our drivers are trained in first aid, so we can assist our passengers in case of emergency. We have developed an application that allows our drivers and airport representatives to monitor the location, distance and travel time of the vehicles on each route in real time. GPS We have the most modern Satellite Location System installed in each of our units, allowing us to locate them at any time and monitor their speed while en route. Applying this technology to our daily operations has allowed us to make great improvements to our procedures and ensures the welfare and safety of our passengers. (Available only in Cancun and the Riviera Maya) We use QR codes at all registers and check-ins to ensure a fast and efficient processing time.

Hola Olá Hi Multilingual Service BD Travel representatives speak more than one language, providing our clients with better service. 3.3 In-Site assistance As local inhabitants of the destination, BD Travel employees can provide visitors with useful information about the city and hotel, and give recommendations that allow tourists to make the most of their stay. In case of problems with the airline or hotel (lost luggage, reservation issues, problems with the room, etc.) our representatives will assist passengers. In the event of health issues, accidents during the stay and procedures related to local government offices or your consulate (lost passport, legal issues, etc.), they will accompany you and provide assistance. We maintain constant communication with the wholesaler, acting as an official communication channel between them and the passenger for any request that exceeds our scope (extended stay at the hotel and/or flight changes, etc.). We assist and support both the wholesaler and passengers in cases of environmental or weather emergencies, providing them with constant and timely information about the situation at the destination. 24 We have 24 hour telephone support to assist passengers at the destination and the wholesaler.
