The Parador Kitchen We offer delicious rice dishes with fish and vegetables, squid ink rice and rice with octopus or lobster. You can also sample fish and seafood from the local market, including gilthead sea bream, sea bass, baby cuttlefish, sardines, clams, langoustines, razor clams and more. These are accompanied by numerous vegetables, with the famous Benicarló artichoke as the star, the ideal accompaniment to the meats of the Maestrazgo region.
