Please find your CCRG Entry Form attached, we hope you will feel free to produce more if needed. You can also find the application on our website, www.santamariamodelaclub.com. We are delighted to host the Meet for our first time and hope you will join us. Our event promises to be a great one with many wonderful tours, fine dining and great raffle prizes. One thing unique about our meet will be the Friday tour to Vandenberg Air Force Base s Space Museum and La Purisima Mission. In order for your members to participate in this tour we will need to have the applications on or before March 1, 2015. This will allow the Base security to prescreen your information for easy entry on the date of the tour. We have worked hard to bring you a quality experience to continue the tradition of great events established by the previous CCRG Meets. You will find a nice selection of high quality merchandise for purchase. We hope you will feel free to order these with your entry. We will have very few items available at the meet. THE RELEASORS HEREBY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND RISK OF PERSONAL OR BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE while upon Releasee property or participating in the Event or using any Releasee facilities and/or equipment whether caused by any negligent act or omission or other fault of Releasees or otherwise. The Releasors expressly agree that the foregoing release and waiver, indemnity agreement and assumption of risk are intended to be and shall be interpreted and applied as broad and inclusive as permitted by applicable law. I understand that I may talk to my legal advisor about this agreement and I have either done so or chosen not to. I understand that I have the right and have been given the opportunity to object to and bargain about the provisions of this agreement. I am voluntarily signing this agreement and intend it to be the unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by applicable law.
