1 Setting up Siteminder into RezExpert Siteminder will allow you to enter in unique booking rates, min. stay requirements etc that are different to those set up in RezExpert. After selecting Siteminder, the following will allow you to integrate Siteminder into RezExpert. 1 Membership Setup DigitalRez steps NOTE: Membership will be enabled by DigitalRez, prior to setting up Siteminder. 2a Channel Management and Setup DigitalRez steps NOTE: Channel Management Setup will be enabled by DigitalRez. Click Setup from the Menu Bar, expand Pricing and Rates and click 2. Inventory Manager. Scroll down and expand the Channel Management and Setup panel. Click Add to select the Channel - Siteminder. 2b Channel Setup Information Property steps After selecting Siteminder, enter in the Channel information. Hotel Code: Given by Siteminder Click Submit to finalise. Map the Adult/Child/Infant to the appropriate RezExpert Occupant Types. 3 Member Type/Source Defaults Property steps After the Manager has created Rate Groups and an Inventory Segment for Siteminder, these need to be assigned to Siteminder. Click Setup from the Menu Bar, expand Pricing and Rates and select 2. Inventory Manager. Scroll down and expand the panel Member Type/ Source Defaults. For each Siteminder Member Type: Select the Siteminder Inventory Segment. NOTE: Do not need to select a Default Rate Group, as Rates for Siteminder is set within Siteminder. Click Submit to finalise. 4 Mapping Unit Types Property steps To enable the Unit Types to be available for Siteminder, each Unit Type has to be mapped to appropriate Siteminder Room Code. Siteminder Room Codes are set up in Siteminder > RezExpert tab > Room Rate Settings. Click Setup from the Menu Bar, and expand Business Setup and select 7. Unit Types > Units > Features. Within the Unit Type Setup, expand out the All Types on the left to view all the Unit Types. Select the first Unit Type and enter the Siteminder Room Code for the Unit Type. Click Submit to finalise. Repeat with all Unit Types that are available for Siteminder. Siteminder Setup

Setting up Siteminder into RezExpert Siteminder will allow you to enter in unique booking rates, min. stay requirements etc that are different to those set up in RezExpert. After selecting Siteminder, the following will allow you to integrate Siteminder into RezExpert. 5 Inventory Property steps Inventory Allocation can be set to allow a set number of units to be available for booking via Siteminder. Click Channel from the Menu Bar. Expand out the second panel Inventory Allocation. Click All Unit Types to enter in an allocation value into all Unit Types at once, or select an individual Unit Type to enter that Unit Type s allocation value. For each Unit Type will be a Default column and a Siteminder column. The Default column is the original number of units available for the Unit Type. Click Fill next to the Siteminder column. Select the dates applicable for this allocation. Repeat this step for all periods up to 12 months in advance. Enter in the # of Units, at the top, that you wish to be allocated to the Siteminder booking website. Click Submit to finalise and repeat with all remaining Unit Types. When all types have Siteminder inventory for 12 months, click the Sync button to sync the RezExpert setup to Siteminder. 6 Unit Type Rates Property steps NOTE: The following steps must be completed within your Siteminder account dashboard. Log in to your Siteminder account to set the Unit Type Rates. Click the Inventory tab, select Inventory Grid and scroll down past the Update Availability panel to enter in the Unit Type Pricing in the Update Pricing section, for the dates selected. Use the Copy option when applicable. If Season rate changes are required to be entered, click on the calendar to select the start of the season and enter in the new season rate. Repeat with all the season changes required. NOTE: NEVER alter any values in the Update Availability panel. RezExpert inputs Inventory when pressing Sync. 7 Siteminder Email Settings Property steps Within your Siteminder account, click on the RezExpert tab to enable email settings. Enter in Emails. Room Code: Code entered in Unit Type Setup in RezExpert Rate Code: Same as above Room Code. 8 Complete Reset Full Upload to Siteminder Property steps If Siteminder ever becomes out of sync or the business has moved from testing mode to live, a reset needs to be performed to sync Siteminder and RezExpert again. In Setup > Business Setup > 7. Unit Types > Units > Features, the Siteminder Room Code need to be removed and then reentered. This will allow the changes made in RezExpert to sync to Siteminder. Expand out All Types on the left and select the first Unit Type. Delete out the Room Code displaying and press Submit. Repeat with the remaining Unit Types, that are available in Siteminder. After all the Room Codes have been removed, re-enter them back in to each Unit Type. After complete, click Setup from the Menu Bar, expand Pricing and Rates and click 2. Inventory Manager. Scroll down and expand the Channel Management and Setup panel. Click the Sync button. 2

Siteminder into RezExpert information. Setting up Siteminder into RezExpert 9 Viewing Siteminder Bookings Click Channel from the Menu Bar. The Channel Rate Manager panel will display a breakdown of reservations based on the selected tab. GDS/CRS: All Channel based reservations from Siteminder. Siteminder Setup By default, the date range is set for the current date, this can be adjusted to list the reservations created between the selected time period after clicking the refresh button. Once a reservation is selected from within the Channel Reservation Manager, click on the Rez Changes button to view a history of changes made to the reservation. 3
