Enjoy the fatty flesh. Good as sushi. Banded Grouper KIHATA 1kg Up / Amakusa - KUMAMOTO Delivered by air. Recommendable for its reasonable price. More will be available after the typhoon season has ended. Broadbanded Thornyhead KINKI 500g Size / Nemuro - HOKKAIDO Many sizes are available. Thornyhead from Nemuro is as good as those from Abashiri. The best way to serve is sprinkle salt and cook it in hot water without boiling it. Try it with a thin sheet of seaweed over it.

Although it is said that the best season is Oct. to Nov., its gut will not be good in the later season. Farmed Skilfish 400g Up / Owase - MIE Farmed filefish is becoming popular in recent years.
