The annual membership system provides an ongoing assessment of the property and people by means of regular visits and monitoring of online consumer feedback. Regional Winners are announced at a series of regional lunches in January, and the year culminates with the Scottish Awards Gala Dinner known by many as the Scottish hotel Oscars in April.
