STRATEGY Our policy As a developer and major economic player in the Ile-de-France region, we cooperate with our regional environment to increase their attractiveness and competitiveness. We want that the wealth produced by the airport activity also benefits local communities. Our economic and social cooperation policy is governed by three major objectives. 1 Supporting equal employment opportunity policies for people living in the neighbourhoods surrounding our three airports. 2 - Promoting the economic development of the Grand Roissy - Le Bourget and the Grand Orly territories on a regional, national and international scale. 3 - A relationship of mutual trust with local representatives, associations and residents. Our commitment Our three main airports - Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Paris-Orly and Paris - Le Bourget - are recognized as major economic territories by the regional master plan of Ile-de-France. They generate more than 30 billion euros of added value, or 5.8% of the regional GDP. The economic poles of the Grand Roissy and Orly are key locations for the establishment of French and international companies open to globalization. PAGE 2

REFLECTION ON THE SUBJECT IDENTIFY BUSINESS NEEDS AND TRAINING NEEDS FINDING OUT ABOUT BUSINESS NEEDS = ESSENTIAL TO CHOOSE THE TRAINING COURSE METHOD: Knowing how to match the right employee to the right job Understanding the company structure with its strengths and its shortcomings = PUTTING ONESELF IN A POSITION TO BE ABLE TO ASSESS ANORGANIZATION (...) companies don't always know what suits them ( ) Sometimes I do not see that they are in deficit of training to achieve their goals That's what Groupe ADP constantly does and, for many years, at the request of managers, throughout the year but also on the occasion of the annual maintenance of the employee. question the consistency between the needs in terms of skills and organization and skills held within the structure the assumptions of training are then described The GPEC (job and skills forecast management) tool allows adequate sourcing: Access to all the technical skills held by the 6,600 employees of the company. Measure differences between existing skills and needs Establishment of the training schedule The GPEC shows employee skills and promotes both the development of individuals and the company s agility.
