WRC 19 3 WRCs used to be held in Geneva, Switzerland due to its massive participation and long duration as well as number of participants. Egypt is currently looking for becoming a global hub for conferences, we hosted the Global Symposium for Regulators (GSR-16) with a great success, which encourage us to host one of the International Telecommunication Union s big events. WRC-19 will be hosted in Sharm el Sheikh since it is the most suitable for accommodating this conference due to: Large conference hall, and meeting rooms Easiness of security issues holding social events - Availability variable hotels - Suitable places for
For accommodating this conference many rooms are required due to the existence of many parallel meetings. 4 For these requirements an extension to the venue have been constructed and ready to accommodate WRC-19
Sharm El Sheikh International Convention Centers 5 The newly renovated International Convention Center in Sharm El Sheikh marks itself as one of the largest convention centers in the region. The Center offers over 30 meeting rooms and designated areas with different participant capacities. It boasts state-of-the art IT infrastructure complemented with top notch equipment aspiring to lead hosted events into success with professionalism and ease. In addition to The Capital and The Summit rooms with a huge capacity of more than 3500 and 900 participants respectively, the Center comprises a variety of differently-capacitated meeting rooms ranging from 100-500 participants.
6 This will avoid time wasted in customizing oversized and undersized meeting rooms to fit small and large meetings requirements. Such features stipulate the new Sharm El Sheikh Convention Center as one of the most advanced conferencing facilities around the world, thus it will be the most suitable to host major ITU events such as the World Radio Conference.

19 Venue Sharm El-Sheikh convention Centers can accommodate all ITU meeting rooms requirements without any split of any meeting room, All meeting rooms could work parallel during the event duration. The new extension of the convention center is re-designed based on WRC-19 and RA-19 requirements.
Entry visa 20 All Egyptian embassies and councilors around the world will facilitate the entry visas for participants. Participants must apply for their visa at an early stage in order to guarantee obtaining it. A visa form will be sent to all participants to facilitate obtaining their entry visa. 25 Transportation A free of charge transportation will be provided to all participants from the airport to the official hotels Shuttle buses will be provided at the door of each official hotel to the venue and viceversa, every 10 minutes Registered participants must fill the transportation form to guarantee their pick up from the airport
26 IT services All IT requirements has been taken into consideration and Egypt is currently working on providing all IT services
