The Alto Lario Marine Center has two wet docks with floating fingers, a wonderful swimming pool overlooking the lake, and indoor structure for storage services and a specialist mechanical workshop. It covers a total area of 30,000 m², with workshops for any requirements, a new-gen painting booth and a used boat sales showroom. It Nausika Yacht s feather in the cap, and despite being the latest addition to the group, it has managed to draw on, concentrate and develop all the experience gained by the other boatyards. It is equipped to offer the best storage possible for boats up to 30 metres, providing a wide range of dedicated services and it is a go-to docking for those needed any kind of work done, be it ordinary or extraordinary maintenance, or even customisation. The Costa Smeralda Marine Center is just 10 minutes from Olbia airport and has a handy private car park. It has a large hardstand for carrying out your own work with water and electricity, and free 24/7 access, including facilities, showers, snack area and garden.

ADRIATIC MARINE CENTER The Adriatic Marine Center is less than ten minutes from the A4 Turin-Venice motorway toll booth, just 30 minutes from Friuli Venezia Giulia airport. Our boatyard in San Giorgio di Nogaro is located directly on the Adriatic Sea, near Lignano Sabbiadoro, just a stone s throw from Croatia. This very modern set up covers a total surface area of 50,000 m², of which 10,000 are indoor facilities. A single structure that combines all the following services: a showroom of used boats, large storage facilities, a mechanical workshop for any kind of maintenance, a new-gen painting booth and a wet dock with 150 berths. The Adriatic Marine Center also has plenty of private parking as well as a comfort station with snack area and showers.

In the same way as a bespoke suit, our clients can evaluate the solution that best meets their needs, such as an exclusive or open mandate, duration of the mandate and the kind of commission fee: with a fixed rate for the duration of the mandate (with storage fees included in the commission); with a percentage of the final sale price.
