Overview of V&A Waterfront ± 403 000m² of Developed Bulk made up as follows: 10 hotels comprising 70 092 m² Retail space comprising 78 619 m² Commercial space comprising 109 958m² Industrial space comprising of 56 847m² Residential space comprising of 68 955m² Available Bulk 199 000m² - within various districts around the Waterfront. Currently busy with 120 000 m² of new projects. Safeguarding a town V&A has to be a safe destination for local and international visitors, and everyone who lives and works here - 365 days a year - 24 hours a day

Security Between 100 and 120 strong security team on duty 24/7 The Waterfront is currently covered with just under 1000 Axis IP cameras linked to a Milestone Corporate VMS and we have another 200 to be deployed before end 2016 Minimum of 3 x armed response teams/vehicles 24/7in various precincts. Security boat (focus on the canal). Minimum of 12 bicycles per shift on patrol (specifically parking garages.)
