Overview of V&A Waterfront ± 403 000m² of Developed Bulk made up as follows: 10 hotels comprising 70 092 m² Retail space comprising 78 619 m² Commercial space comprising 109 958m² Industrial space comprising of 56 847m² Residential space comprising of 68 955m² Available Bulk 199 000m² - within various districts around the Waterfront. Security boat (focus on the canal). Minimum of 12 bicycles per shift on patrol (specifically parking garages.)
