Should you wish to alter or combine them, we would be glad to advise. Cape Town to Langebaan and Saldanha Bay 60 nm from Cape Town Approximately 3 hours each way. Return trip, around 2700 litres. Berthing can be arranged in Saldanha Bay or Club Mykonos Resort. Anchoring overnight in the lagoon can also be a memorable experience. The tender can be used for any shore trips. There is a selection of restaurants very close to our usual anchorage and, depending on the season, a selection of water sport activities for hire from the beach. Langebaan boasts pristine beaches abundant with bird and marine life. Cape Town to Simons Town 50 nm from Cape Town Approximately 2, 5 hours each way. Return trip, around 2200 litres. There is no berthing available for Princess Emma in Simons Town. Overnight stays will be at anchor. There are various museums, restaurants and a selection of small shops a short walk (2 min) from the Town Jetty. False Bay is a popular whale watching location in season. Boulders Beach, a short taxi ride from town is home to hundreds of African penguins. Tours to Cape Point Nature reserve arranged on request. Cape Town to Hout Bay
16 nm from Cape Town Approximately 1 hour each way. Return trip, around 800 litres. Hout Bay is a small fishing village with a few good restaurants in the harbour and many more in town. Berthing is usually available alongside the quay, but not guaranteed, so going to anchor for the night may be required. A drive along Chapman s peak, at sunset, should not be missed. Cape Town to Clifton Bay 6 nm from Cape Town Approximately 30min each way. Return trip, around 200 litres. Clifton bay is on the way to Hout Bay and is the ideal place to spend a few hours at anchor, enjoying the sun and a swim in the cool water. Clifton is a busy anchorage and popular beach in the summer. Not recommended for overnight stays unless the weather is really good. Overnight in the V&A Marina Some of our guests prefer to take a short cruise during the day and spent the night at the berth in the marina in the heart of the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront. There are hundreds of shops and restaurants to choose from. The Waterfront is also a great place to book day trips such as wine tours and sightseeing trips. The Aquarium and Table Mountain Cable way are nearby. Please note that all charters are subject to weather and may be have to be altered on the day depending on the prevailing weather conditions.
