The rooms are divided according to 3 categories, with garden view or lake view: Superior Room 24 m² Executive Room 35 m² Junior Suite 45 m² All are equipped with mini-bar, safe, flat screen with access to international channels internet connection through cable or free Wifi. The hotel offers room service. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY The Rates Our rates are valid until December 31 st, 2017 subject to availability. Taxes, service charge, VAT are included. Deposit The hotel is entitled to require partial or full payment in advance to guarantee the reservation. The reservation will be considered final once the deposit is recorded by the institution. Cancellation policy The exact number of participants should be communicated to us 48 hours in advance. After the deadline, the original number of participants will be charged. In case of non-respect of the cancellation policy, the amount payable is of: 15 days prior the event 10% of the estimated total amount 7 days prior the event 40% of the estimated total amount 48 hours prior the event 80% of the estimated total amount
