A dedicated portal featuring the proceedings, white papers and reference documents, will be accessible to all the registered delegates within 10 days after the conference. The objective is, within the context of ICAO s RPAS work, Riga & Warsaw Declarations, the RPAS content in the EC s Aviation Strategy, EASA s Technical Opinion & Prototype Rules & related NPA, and JARUS role, to broaden the awareness & understanding of the RPAS community & its future customers. FOOD & BEVERAGES Each morning & afternoon will have a refreshment break which are included in the conference fee. On both days lunch (not included in the conference fee) will be served in the Royal Military Academy s cafeteria. Day 1 will be concluded by a conference cocktail. The refreshment breaks, lunches & cocktails offer important networking opportunities.
