Removal of Exhibits All items to be removed from the exhibition hall must be declared. Declaration of Goods Removal forms are obtainable from the Event Service Centre or from the security guards at each exit door. One form is required for each trip out of the exhibition hall. 19

Workplace Safety & Health Exhibitors may engage contractor of their choice for chalet or stand setup but must comply to the following & all the rules & regulations in the emanual. Contractor must be at least BizSafe3 & above. Submission of Risk Assessments & Safe Work Procedures for Singapore Airshow 2018 and ensure compliance. 32
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) For Build-up and Tear-down Period Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - Suitable PPE should be used for the identified health and safety risks. High Visibility Vest Foot Protection As a minimum, all persons (including exhibitors) requiring access to the halls from 29 Jan 3 Feb and 12 & 13 Feb must wear covered shoes and high visibility vest. Exhibitors may arrange with their stand contractor to provide the vest should they wish to visit during these times. Safety Harness Head Protection Alternatively, these vests can be purchased at the Registration Gateway on-site at $10 per vest.
Personal Mobility Devices (PMD) For safety reasons, all PMDs (examples below, but not limited to the identified devices) are NOT ALLOWED at all times in the Airshow premises from 29 Jan 14 Feb 2018. Evacuation Route Evacuation Route & Assembly Area In the event of an evacuation, please: Do not panic Follow the directions of the crisis coordination personnel, who will lead you to the assembly area Walk briskly Take only important personal documents for identification Stay in the Emergency Assembly Area and wait for further instructions. CEC Fire Evacuation Procedure In case of evacuation, an announcement will be through the Public Addressing System. On hearing the Evacuation Announcement, all personnel should evacuate quickly and in an orderly manner by using the nearest exit staircase. Please ensure that all your employees, direct or indirect or you have overseas personnel on-site are briefed on the evacuation procedures and process. (include contractors that they hire/partners that they work with. Ensure that the your PIC have your staff list at all times to enable you to do a roll call, should evacuation be necessary. A SMS will be sent to your identified Emergency Contact(Service Form G7) who should reply on the status of your roll call. 47
Important Things to Remember All exhibitors are required to wear covered shoes and high visibility vests during build-up/tear down, ie: 29 Jan 3 Feb and 12 & 13 Feb 2018. Exhibitors having meetings with Trade Visitors to ensure meetings are fixed during show opening hours only; - Tue, 6 Feb (12-5pm) - Wed, 7 Feb Fri, 9 Feb, (9:30am 5pm) Sun, 11 Feb (last day of event) - To leave the Show site by 7.30pm latest, as the road will be closed for towing of aircraft. Service Form G1 (Exhibitors Passes) - to submit by deadline 9 Jan 2018 as all data need to be submitted to the Police for security background screening. We may not be able to process late submission. Service Form G2 (Carpark Labels) - to submit by deadline 9 Jan 2018 due to limited nos. of labels available. 48
