Dear Member and Partner, The District 9810 Conference on March 15-17, 2013, is fast approaching and will be held in Wangaratta, located in Victoria s beautiful King River Valley. This is the weekend following the Victorian Public Holiday for Labour Day on Monday March 11, 2013. The purpose of this email is to ask if you have an interest to join a fun group of fellow Croydon Rotarians and come to Wangaratta to join in the Conference. I am hopeful that we will be able to put together a group of at least 10-12 Croydon members and partners and have some fun and friendship whilst enjoying a visit to Wangaratta. The theme for the Saturday night dinner is a Touch of Green as St Patrick s Day is the following day ie Sunday March 17, 2013. It would be great if we as a Club could take up the challenge and go to the dinner dressed accordingly, that is with a touch of green. Arrangements for accommodation, the Club dinner etc need to be made sooner rather than later. Please advise me if you have an interest to come to Wangaratta and join in the Rotary spirit of friendship. Should you have any contacts in Wangaratta for accommodation, meals or other activities please advise me as this could make booking a whole lot simpler. For further information about the Conference go to the Club web page, type District Conference in the search area and click on Search. Please help me to make the Conference arrangements by replying promptly yes or no. Enrolment forms are available. Ross Taylor.
