Work place self-sufficiency (%) Workplace self-sufficiency indicates the ratio between the number of people working in the area and the employed labour force living in the area. If workplace self-sufficiency is more than 100%, the number of jobs in the region is higher than the number of employed workforce residing in the region. If, on the other hand, workplace self-sufficiency is less than 100%, the opposite is true.

Levi today An ever-expanding international activity and ski resort in the municipality of Kittilä. There is a wide variety of programs and events for different target groups all year round. The international season opens in November with the Levi World Cup. The international season ends with the cross country skiing event Visma Ski Classics and its finals. You can enjoy eight gorgeous seasons, beautiful nature, and the world's cleanest air. There is easy access to the airport, only 15 minutes from Kittilä airport.
