Zadar is an exceptional town with 3000 years of very rich and tumultuous history and extremely valuable cultural heritage. Zadar is simply saying the urban centre of North Dalmatia. Zadar is a city full of modern-equipped marinas, ideal for all boat and yacht fanatics. Highly indented coastline with 24 large Islands, approximately 300 small islands and reefs, 3 nature parks and 5 national parks classifes Zadar and its surroundings amongst the top tourist attractions in this part of Europe, and beyond. Endless possibilities of sailing, diving and enjoying the amazing beach side way life is provided here more then in any other location. Zadar Airport is well connected with the majority of all European capitals and this makes this city more attractive as well as accessible. In the immediate vicinity of the resort is the famous Queen's Beach. This is one of the beaches with the best conditions for kite surfing across the Croatian shores. Nin s beaches are the source of worlds best quality medicinal mud (called Peloid) Peliod mud has been used since Roman times right up until to the present day to help with all kinds of medicinal treatments due to the high rate of vitamins and minerals that make up the muds structure. Within walking distance of the Queen Beach Resort, construction will soon start on a 5 star Health/Sports Recreation centre and luxury golf course and with private club to be completed late 2011. These world class marvellous resorts and sandy beaches that surround Nin are highly regarded as some of the finest beaches in the World and Queen Beach as the most beautiful beach in Dalmatia. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 ATTENTION TO DETAIL For the construction of all of the apartments in Queen Beach Resort we hand selected only the highest quality of natural materials, we also chose to keep to the same high standard with our selection of home appliances. Below we outline the materials and appliances used and the reasons for our selection so you have full peace of mind and confidence in our choices. Structure: The bricks used to build the resort are provided by the award winning Austrian manufacturer UNIPOR. The facade walls will consist of white natural Croatian stone to keep the buildings in a contemporary Mediterranean style. Fixtures/Fittings: Bathrooms/Toilets are sheathed with the finest Italian tiles; produced by tile specialists KEOPE & MARAZZI. Bathrooms are equipped with sanitary facilities from DOLOMITE & ROCA. Fittings are made by top quality German manufacturer GROHE and Slovenian manufacturer KOLPA (see picture 8). Finish: Internal walls are finished with OIKOS 'Ultra-Satin Environmental' washable paint (see picture 1). The staircases are covered with Granite, remaining floors either with superb oak parquet or heat treated top quality horn beam parquet, all top Croatian production (see picture 4). Our facilities are also characterized with high-end isolation from manufacturer SIKA. Security: The apartments are each equipped with multiple award-winning security entrance doors from Italian manufacturer TESIOPORTE. External joinery is Aluminum-PVC IZO/isolating glass and shutters are driven by electric motors made by German manufacturer TROCAL (see picture 6) Heating: All of the apartments have VAILLANT central heating systems finished with radiators by RADSON. Also every one the apartments comes fully air-conditioned with the most up to date high-spec devices from manufacturers LG and TOSHIBA. The home management system (Smart House) is supplied and fitted directly by the German manufacturer PEHA (see picture 7) Assuredly, we also provide video surveillance of roadway and the pedestrian entrances, our vision is to provide comfort, safety and quality of life to all the residents of Queen Beach Resort.
