The Wil S has a length of 32.37 meters. She is width 9.35 meters and has a depth at half-length at sides of 4.40 meters. Her shallow draft aft is 3.30 meters. She has a grt. of 327 tonnes and a has a displacement of 625 tons. 4/13
Propulsion system: The main power is provided by two Caterpillar 3512C TA/HD diesels each developing 1,305 bkw (1750 bhp) at 1,600 rev/min. This is delivered to a double screw arrangement of Promarin fixed pitch propellers turning in 2,250 mm V.d. Giessen optima nozzles via Reintjes WAF773 gearboxes with reduction ratio of 6.44:1. On trails, this configuration gave the vessel an avarage bollard pull ahead of 50,2 tonnes and a maximum bollard pull ahead of 50.7 tonnes and a free running speed of 11.6 knots. Auxiliary equipment: Below deck The two Generator sets are Caterpillar C-4.4TA units, each of 107.5 kva, 50Hz 230/400V AC The fuel separator is from Westfalia type OTC-2. The transfer pumps for water and fuel are VWSI type 8020 with a capacity of 50m3/hr at 4.8 bar. The Hydraulic set is Combined Caterpillar C-18 TA-B with a capacity of 357 kw at 1,800 rpm. The Compressor has a capacity of 950 L/min and two with a capacity of 175 L/min Her seawage treatment installation is a Hamman Super mini with a capacity for 12 persons. The bilgewater separator is from Facet type CPS-2,5MKIII capacity 0,5m3/hr. The tug also has a fresh water maker type HEM with a capacity of 4,5 m3/day at a sea water temperature of 25 C. Deck layout: Winch arrangement stern view The deck machinery comprises a double drums DMT hydraulic driven Anchor Winch type AW200- H19K2, with a capacity of 15.3 (m) at 10m/min. Two Pool (HHP) anchors of 360kg each with a 19 mm stud-link anchor chain 220m. The two drums DMT type WATW-H1000KN winch on the aft main deck consist of a 50 tons towing winch drum with 800m wire of 44mm with a capacity of @ 10m/min 150 tons brake holding power and an anchor handling drum 100 tons with 600m of 40/50mm wire and a capacity of at 5m/min 150 ton brake holding power. The HS-Marine AKC 185 HE4 aft deck crane has a lifting capacity of 6,440 kg @ 17.07m. The HS-Marine AKC 210 16HE4 on the aft deck crane has a lifting capacity of 8 tons at 16.00 meters. Also on the aft deck is mounted a Dromec HPV-12000 12T at 12m/min tuggerwinch. At the vessels stern aft deck set of towing pins type WK-Hydraulic with a SWL of 50 tons and a WK hydraulic SWL of 75 tons. 7/13
