Even before a flight arrives & until its departure, the tarmac bustles with people and activity to ensure that the flight leaves on time.

DIPLOMA IN AVIATION GROUND HANDLING Awarded Diploma By University of Technology, Mauritius The Diploma is designed to equip students with a blend of operations theories and technical knowledge and skills in the aviation ground handling sector. Through the On-The-Job Training at the airport, they shall have first-hand experience which will help them better understand the ground operations working environment, thus increasing their future employability in the sector. FLIGHT ATTENDANT COURSE (CABIN CREW) Course By G2ACAMAS Cabin Crew are representatives of the airline they occupy. Working as a Cabin Crew is an adventure. It includes free travel to nice exotic places but it is also a job which requires a high level of responsibility to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during the flight. ADDITIONAL COURSES OFFERED : Dangerous Goods Cat.11 Aviation safety & security Grooming RESPONSIBILITIES OF CABIN CREW February & September 3 months (depending on the planning) HSC Air cabin crew members provide excellent customer service to passengers while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the flight. Before boarding passengers, cabin crew members check all safety equipment on the plane (lifejackets, masks oxygen, etc.) Once boarding is allowed, they welcome passengers, direct them to their seat and pay particular attention to young unaccompanied children or people with reduced mobility. They do safety demonstrations before take-off and inform passengers about emergency procedures & during the flight, the team ensures that safety measures are respected (smoking ban, belt buckling, etc.). CHECK IN AGENT COURSE Customer service/agent d escale Course By G2ACAMAS Under the supervision of the Station Manager, the Station Attendant welcomes, informs and assists airport passengers on arrival and departure. The Check In Agent is a commercial of the airline. From the registration of the passengers and their baggage to their boarding, the station manager manages the whole customer relationship during the stopover time (the time during which the plane is on the ground). It is therefore a key element of the terminal because it is in direct contact with the passengers, the crew of the aircraft, but also the various services (security, hotels, etc.) On the job training is provided to all students to familiarise themselves with the duties of a check in agent.
