Jonathan Mills Managing Director, RCI APAC & DAE Global Jonathan Mills is the Managing Director for RCI s Asia Pacific and India regions, a subsidiary of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation, and the global leader in vacation exchange with more than 4,300 affiliated resorts in approximately 110 countries. Mills is a member of RCI s senior leadership team, leading the execution of strategic priorities across the Asia Pacific and India markets. He plays an instrumental role in driving business growth and delivering on-going value to both RCI members and affiliates in this thriving region. Effective 1 March, 2018, Mills is responsible for the leadership and strategy of DAE s business globally. Mills previous experience includes a decade-long tenure with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), where he most recently served as Head of Operations for Holiday Inn Express and IHG Shared Services based in Bangkok, Thailand. During his 25 year career, he has also worked for renowned companies such as Forte & Le Méridien Hotels and Resorts, Sodexho Prestige and Hilton International. Mills is the Vice President of the Asia Pacific Resort Development Organization (APRDO) and Director of the Australia Timeshare and Holiday Ownership Council Limited (ATHOC). Joseph Hickman Vice President / Executive Director Interval International Asia Pacific Joe Hickman resides in Singapore and has held the position of vice president / executive director for Interval International Asia Pacific for 16 years. He has responsibility for implementing business development activities for Interval Asia-Pacific, including affiliating resorts with Interval International's global network, developing and directing sales and resort marketing strategies, as well as managing developer client relationships. Hickman has lived and worked in Asia Pacific for 35 years and has spent his entire professional career in the hospitality and timeshare industries. He has worked for Westin, Shangri-La and Conrad Hotels in Asia Pacific and served as corporate director for vacation ownership for Hilton Hotels, being part of the team that pioneered Hilton's entry into the timeshare industry. Prior to joining Interval, he was the Executive Director for RCI Asia Pacific. Hickman is a member of all the timeshare related organizations in the region and serves on a variety of industry boards including the Timeshare Associations of Australia, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Asia Pacific Resort Development Organization. Craig Wood Chief Executive Officer, Accor Vacation Club Craig Wood is the Chief Executive Officer for Accor Vacation Club responsible for the growth and strategic direction of both Australia and Asia Club operations. During his 11 years with the company, Wood has been responsible for the integration of the Accor Vacation Club business into the AccorHotels Asia Pacific network, numerous property acquisitions as well as a widely respected resort refurbishment program. Wood commenced his career in the timeshare industry 28 years ago in Europe and has held a number of senior positions within the vacation ownership industry spanning across the Indian Subcontinent, Middle East, Africa and South East Asia region before settling with his family in Australia in 2007. Kieran Mckenna Senior Vice President, Sales and Field Marketing Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific Kieran McKenna began his role as the Vice President of Sales for Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific (now Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific) in 2013. In this role, Kieran leads a team of more than 400 sales employees located at Wyndham Corporate Centre on the Gold Coast, as well as a further 17 sales sites spread across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Thailand and Indonesia. Kieran has a clear passion for sales and the vacation ownership industry. He has had an impressive career that has seen him progress through the sales ranks in various roles including Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Project Director and, most recently, Regional Sales Director.
