Villa Clodia is located about 200 metres from Piani di Clodia. For check-in, check-out and other operations, please refer to the reception desk at Piani di Clodia. Buffet breakfast, daily maid service, swimming pool and spa are included. Wi-Fi is free throughout the complex. The prices do not include the tourist tax of Euro 0.80 per person (aged over 15) per night. The tax is payable on-site. All our apartments are non-smoking. DISDETTE In event of cancellation, please inform our Management in writing: - more than 60 days before arrival, the entire amount will be returned, without any cancellation costs being charged; - more than 30 days before arrival, 50% of the amount will be returned; - more than 15 days before arrival, 20% of the amount will be returned. No refunds will be made in the case of cancellation up to 15 days before arrival or in the case of early departure. ARRIVAL - DEPARTURE The apartment will be at your disposal from 15.00h on the day of arrival. Please free the apartment by 11.00h on the day of departure.
