Now, hitting our tenth year, we have taken the next step, opening Meypar USA Corp. Located in Houston, this new venture is born to replicate the success we continue to have in Mexico. News NEWS VIA in Cordoba By the end of the year, in downtown Cordoba, Veracruz, a project to improve parking will have been fulfilled. 24 VIA series pay and display stations are intended for this installation. These advanced terminals not only improve parking operations, thanks to a 10 TFT Touch screen, they also display multimedia information to the users. All pay and displays are connected to Nexus, Meypar s real time management and control platform. This project will improve mobility in downtown Cordoba. INGENIA, innovative design in Antara Fashion Mall Meypar has furnished Antara Fashion Mall s parking system with Ingenia. The Ingenia series comes complete with a vanguard design in view with the current trends in interior design. This shopping center has 100 luxury stores. It has 12 movie theatres, restaurants, casino and an open walkway. ADVENTA series in Costa Rica In the heart of the country, located in Heredia, 20 minutes from San Jose, Paseo de las Flores is one of the most popular shopping centers of the region. It offers 340 stores, restaurants, movie theatres and 1600 parking spaces. Meypar will install Adventa, our new series introduced this year in Intertraffic Amsterdam, fully operational through QR codes. Plaza Inn, excellence in service Located on Insurgentes Sur, one of the main avenues in Mexico City, Plaza Inn has renovated its parking system. Faithfull to customer service, Meypar has brought a complete solution including PARCS and APGS, drastically reducing parking time. Chip ready Credit Card readers and LPR was also included. 4 5

OTFREFET S Innovation BIG PROJECTS MOLIERE 222, DEPLOYING INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS AICM, MEYPAR 24/7 ON CALL Located in the heart of Polanco, Moliere 222 was remodeled this year becoming one of the most impressive department stores. Opened in 1997, it has become one of the most exclusive department stores in the country. With 38,433,012 passengers and 426,761 operations in 2015, Aeropuerto Internacional de la Ciudad de Mexico Benito Juarez is the biggest airport in Mexico, having 4,400 spaces in its parking structures. For this project, Meypar developed a personalized management system, integrating the department store s own card, besides accepting all major chip enabled credit cards. Also, discounts can be issued in the pay stations using the store s receipt. Meypar is operating in both Terminal 1 and 2, with its parking control solutions for high volume and nonstop operation 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. A complete link to the company s ERP was established for a fully automated reporting solution. 8 9
