Ages 8-16, $360/week Come and experience camping at its best by choosing a week of Resident Camp for your child. We offer eight fun filled weeks for youth ages 8 to 16. Each week begins Sunday afternoon at 4:00 p.m. with orientation for the parents and campers. See our web site for Sunday check-in procedures. Camp ends with Family Night at 7:00 p.m. on Friday evenings. Resident Campers will stay in one of eighteen air conditioned modern cabins that house two counselors and twelve campers. Each camper may choose one cabin buddy to be in their cabin (see Parent Notes for specific age requirements). Meals are served in our Dining Hall with a variety of options for even the pickiest eaters. Campers will be served starting with Sunday supper through Friday supper. Snack Shack tickets may be purchased for $10.00 each on Sunday afternoon during check in. We commission more than 90 staff each summer to minister to the campers through activities, maintenance, food service, and counseling. Each counselor is chosen by completing our extensive staff application and comes highly recommended by their minister, school professor, and former employers. They have an interview by phone with our staff recruiter, a criminal background check, and must complete staff camp prior to the beginning of camp. Some of our college students sacrifice high-paying jobs or a summer break to come and dedicate themselves to your children. Many of the students after graduation, expect to work in full-time ministry with children or youth. What parent could ask for a better role model for their child during summer vacation?! staff
