Reception/Customer relationship management Tasks: As a reception member of a hostel, you will have to get involved in many different tasks, always remaining positive and keeping a smile in your face when dealing with customers. We really believe that this will be a really good experience to get to know different hotel working areas. Main tasks - Check guests in and out - Basic concierge assistance - Plan and organize group arrivals - Assist in cash advances, exchange money, check guest folios - Commercial information to customers - Day to day processing and input of group reservations while following hotel reservations policy 2
- Maintaining a positive selling approach to maximize yield in both occupancy and rates - Liaising with other departments to prepare for group arrival - Assisting Front office with closing of accounts - Answering all calls promptly in a courteous and efficient manner - Ensuring all reservations are accurately filled in - Assisting in Front Office as required, especially with guest check in and check out Requirements Fluent in English Spanish B1 or superior Able to provide a training agreement Open to working different shifts Morning - Afternoon - Night, depending on the candidate. Reception / Marketing / Business Administration / Hospitality Hotel Internship (Accommodation + food included) Placement: Different placements in a 5* design hotel in Seville, Spain Location: Seville Company description: Our collaborator is a well-known design hotel in the Centre of the capital of Andalucía being a reference in the whole country for its design, location and concept. The hotel is located in the historical Centre of Seville in front of the Cathedral and a couple of minutes away from the shopping streets. The hotel is exclusive, having only 60 rooms of 5 different types. Every room is fully equipped and created with a different concept. The location has an amazing complex existing of 7 restaurants, cocktail bars, wellness spa, outdoor swimming pool and a great big terrace The company is looking for interns in different positions. They are constant looking for interns at the reception, reservations, kitchen, rooms division, maintenance, waiters and interns for in the cocktail bar! With this internship you will develop skills such as organizational, responsibility and commercial skills. You will be immersed in a multilingual environment so they will be able to learn and practice languages. 4

Cooks, kitchen: - Casual- and Fine Dining - Haute Cuisine - Off-Site Catering - Sophisticated Atmosphere The kitchen intern should have: - Culinary Studies - Hygiene proficiency certificate - Interest in Gastronomy Rooms division This position requires Spanish language B1 level. - Executive Housekeeping and Front Office - Manages the general operation of the Front Office e.g. Reception, Reservations, Concierge etc. - Directly reporting to the General Manager or the Deputy Manager - Spot checking of hotel rooms to ensure standards - Authorizing all leave schedules - Ensuring control of expenditures as well as budgets set - RDM attends weekly executive and sales meetings as well as the General Manager s briefings with Front Office and Housekeeping Maintenance - Electrical accessory replacements and repair and wiring - Air conditioners must also be cleaned or replaced regularly - Complete daily rounds, checking on basic hotel accommodation and identifying and reporting any problems - Oversee the property grounds, public areas and the hotel s guest rooms. Preventative maintenance must be performed to prevent breakdowns in hotel accommodations 6

Paid 200 /month Reception & Barmaid Hotel internship in Balearic Islands (Accommodation + Food included) Placement: Different placements in a hotel chain in Balearic Islands Location: Balearic Islands Company description Our collaborator is a hotel chain whose hotels (3 and 4 stars) are located in the most important touristic areas of Spain. They bet for the chain value, maintaining rigorous quality politics, trying always to offer the greatest benefit, sparing no efforts, to their customers, with the purpose that their holidays become what they expect. The company is currently expanding, adding new properties to the current resorts and they are going to grow through the opening of new destinations. They have 11 different hotels, in three different areas of Spain, as: Barcelona (4 hotels), Girona (one hotel) and Balearic Islands (6 hotels). Reception Tasks: - Welcome and inform: - Behind the counter; - Check in / check out; - Prepare the client's arrival; - Informs about the services offered by the hotel; - To inform the guest about cultural & gastronomic highlights; - Intermediate with reservations (taxi, restaurant, theatre...); - Plan reservations: - To plan arrivals reservations by mail, fax or phone; - Handle financial transactions with the guest; - To optimize the occupancy rate of the hotel; 10
