Family Mall Duhok Shopping Mall Duhok, Northern Iraq Client Çağla Group Area 160.000 m² Completed 2015 It is one of three biggest shopping malls, which belongs to Darin Group, one of the largest groups in the Northern Iraq region. This project is vital for tourism sector in the autonomous region. It has implemented an investment cost of 100 million dollars. Family Mall Duhok, which has 50.000 m² of rentable area, includes retail shops, cafes and restaurants, 8 cinema halls, entertainment center, entertainment center, bowling hall, ice-skating field in total 3 floors.. The project consists, 1000 cars capacity of the closed car park and 1000 cars capacity of the open car park Also, in the area of a shopping mall, there is an amusement park and also a water show area. Ora Outlet Shopping Center İstanbul, Turkey Client Ora İstanbul Gayrimenkul Area 145.000 m² Completed 2012 Ora Outlet Shopping Center, which is located in Bayrampaşa-Ferhatpaşa Çiftliği, has 70.000 m² of land area and 360.000 m² of construction area, and includes many different functions in Ora Istanbul Urban Entertainment Center. By combining the needs of the business world and shopping mall, BYZ GARAGE, created a solution new standards of business and social life with meeting and congress halls, as well as swimming pool, SPA and sauna.
