LOCATION Inverness is the capital of the Highlands and forms the focal commercial and retail centre for the entire Highlands & Islands region. The town has a population of approximately 55,000 people and draws on an estimated catchment in the order of 325,000 people. Inshes Retail & Leisure Park is situated approximately 1.5 miles south of Inverness city centre and is readily accessible and highly visible from the nearby A9, the principal vehicular route linking Inverness to the north and the central Scotland motorway network to the south. Inshes Retail & Leisure Park adjoins Tesco s new Extra store which is situated immediately adjacent to the southern distributor road within an area that has seen considerable residential growth in recent years. This is set to continue over the next 10 year period. PLANNING Detailed planning consent has been granted for the Phase Two Extension where units have been let to Dunelm and Hobbycraft. The remaining units could be constructed within a very early timescale facilitating early access.
