Please note, when clicking on "instant quote", in addition to the nightly fee, the additional fees consist of the following: $95 cleaning fee, 10.75 mandatory Colorado Lodging tax, 2.5% credit card processing fee and a $250 REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT where I have been able to immediately refund each guest who has stayed, so far. The advantage of booking directly with the owner vs a booking site is to avoid the additional "fees" tacked on to travelers and owners. Beautifully furnished 1 bedroom, queen size, 1 full bathroom upstairs carriage house with a wall of windows facing a tree lined park. Our carriage house provides a separate entrance and separate address from our main home. We have thoughtfully furnished this space to ensure a cozy, cottage feel where you can retreat from life or embrace the downtown proximity to a plethora of coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries, parks and shops. We are located in a residential neighborhood 1-2 miles from the zoo, Nature & Science museum and Union Station/16th Street mall in the heart of downtown. We have a bus stop located just a quarter block from the door and the light rail train station 6 blocks (a brisk 5 minute walk) which will take you to the airport via Union Station or anywhere light rail extends. We are a 10 minute walk to the closest Denver B-cycle station; we have many stations
throughout the city. We are walking distance to RINO (River North Arts District), Uptown, City Park and Five Points or you are welcome to just relax and unwind at your home away from home. We have a washer/dryer in the unit along with new, premium stainless steel appliances, throughout. There is a private patio area just for the carriage house with table/chairs, umbrella and a BBQ to enjoy the 300 days of Sunshine we get in the Mile High City. We are still in the midst of planting trees and flowers in this space, but you'll be able to sit outside with a park view.
