Stage Requirements: A minimum of 16 x 32 x 36 h 2 tier stage is required. *(please view attached pdf of stage plot on P.6) No carpet on any part of the stage Must have all supports in place according to design of the sectional Rear section of stage must be no less than 12 higher than the front and no greater than 24. All outdoor staging must be completely covered and protected from the weather. Clean, dedicated power must be dropped at indicated position on stage plot. Two (2) sets of stairs located on opposites sides of each other attached to lower section of stage. Two (2) Tables (+/- 6 ) next to stage. Main P.A.: Please provide professional quality system: L ACOUSTICS, d&b, Meyer, EAW or JBL Vertec (preferably a Line Array System when possible). F.O.H mix position should be as close to the center of the stage as possible and be clear of any bulkheads, domes and any other structures that would compromise the sound technicians ability to conduct his task to the best of his/her ability. Flights (when applicable): Please provide round trip flights for 16ppl. Departure to destination must be from Montréal Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL). Transportation (when applicable): Please provide transportation for the following: - To and from airport to Hotel / Venue - To and from Hotel to Venue Vehicles (when applicable): Parking for band vehicles should be in a secure well-lit area with convenient access to the venue or site. Two (2) parking spaces are required at hotel and venue to accommodate full size Ford Econoline. Load in & Load out: Promoter/Client is to provide the following upon arrival of MRO Productions staff & performer to loading dock. - Assistance at loading dock (1-2 stagehand) - 2-3 rolling flatbed carts 9-11
Accommodations: Please provide two (2) single occupancy rooms, and seven (7) double occupancy rooms for staff of MRO Productions for duration of contract. All transport to and from hotel and venue to be provided (if applicable). Meals: The client is to ensure that a full course meal /day is provided to each travelling member of MRO Productions. Buyouts and/or per diem are to be discussed with promoter/agent prior to arrival. * Allergies and food restrictions to be discussed prior to the event. Stage accommodations: - 24 x 500ml bottles of water (or equivalent) room temperature to be available as of load in and sound check. - 14 clean hand towels for performers. 10-11
Dressing Room/Green Room: This room must be available from arrival of MRO Productions staff, till 90 mins post end of performance. - A secure, well lit Dressing/Green room to accommodate 16ppl (400>sqft). - Full-length mirror. - Large clothing rack. - Chairs and table space (enough to accommodate 16ppl). Beverages & Snacks GREEN ROOM : Please provide the following at least 120 minutes prior to show - 24 x 500ml bottles of water (or equivalent) room temperature. - 20 cans of assorted soda (Coke, Coke diet, Sprite etc..) - Bucket of ice with glasses. - Hot Coffee & tea - Assorted platter of cut up fresh fruits and/or vegetables. * Alcoholic beverages are welcomed and left to client s discretion 11-11
