PROVISIONAL SCOUTS
This Guide This Guide will allow a Scout who is not attending camp with his regular Troop to have the opportunity to attend. Leadership will be provided in these provisional units. Scouts are responsible for their own trans-portation to and from camp. Individual Scouts should plan to arrive between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM on the Sunday beginning his chosen week. We will have your pa-perwork on file, but you should bring extra copies just in case. Use the Merit Badge Schedule on the opposite page to select which programs you wish to participate in. Transfer the corresponding classes to the registration section on the oapplication included in this packet. Housing/Accommodations All Scouts attending as provisionals will be housed at Camp Osage in two-man wall tents with cots. Meals will be served in the dining hall. Scouts should bring appropriate camping gear and other per-sonal items. For a detailed listing of items to bring and descriptions of our programs, refer to www.kiakima.net. The Leaders Guide to Summer Camp is available online. In this guide you will find detailed information regarding Kia Kima Summer Camp. Required Medical Forms All Scouts and leaders are required to have a current Annual Heath & Medical Record prior to coming to camp. Please bring this medical form with you to check-in. Do not turn it in with this application. Physicals will be returned prior to your departure from camp. You can download the current medical form at bit.ly/2017kksrmedform.
