It has south-facing views toward Porroig and Formentera Island. Perfectly located, Cala Jondal, Es Torrent and some amazing beaches are less than 10 minutes driving from the property. As soon as you step through this luxury villa's massive gate, you and your friends or family step into a world of ultimate luxury only a few can experience. The interiors are all about contemporary minimalism with the use of beautiful old wood, mostly the colour white and almost more windows than walls. The whole has a feeling of angelic airiness and freedom. The gorgeous Mediterranean Sea views from inside and outside the deluxe villa will make each day a particularly memorable one. The villa consists of three levels of which the middle one is where all the fun happens. The double height living room, dining room with old wooden table seating 14, TV room and amazing open plan and fully equipped kitchen forms a spacious whole where everyone can relax together and still be quiet in a private corner if you chose so. The whole area is open to the terrace. On the upper level is an office area looking down on the living area and over sea. On the lower level is another fully equipped professional kitchen and a large gym with modern equipment and even a ping-pong table. Seven bedrooms sleeps 14 guests comfortably in the luxury rental villa. They are all designed with minimalism in mind, in white and with wooden furnishings and they all have sea views. All the rooms have their own king-size bed and flat screen TV's. All bedrooms have en suite bathroom including, six of them of them have shower rooms. The master has both shower and bathtub, it also provides a large dressing and a safe box. The four rooms on the lower level have garden access. Of course, outside is the place to really socialise around the 200sqm swimming pool, with Jacuzzi and sunbeds for up to 14 guests. There is a chill out area with sofas, a dining area for all the guests and all is surrounded by lush gardens with a green lawn. Parking is available for up to six cars. Page 1
