O FIT SYSTEM Every component of our footwear is designed in-house to work harmoniously together in our proprietary O FIT System for unmatched fit, unrivaled feel, and exceptional performance. LAST We designed our own lasts from the makeup of real feet. Then we collected, analyzed and averaged the data to determine the most universally well-fitting shoe designs possible. PATTERNS The lasts inform our patterns, cut specifically for each unique shoe design to provide the best-fitting construction possible. TREAT YOUR FEET Technology that makes feet feel good. We searched high and low, and then some, for an insulator that does its job, landing on 3M Thinsulate, whose unmatched density of microfibers traps warm air in to keep you toasty even on the coldest days. Available in 400, 200 and 100 gram weights. WINTERIZED RUBBER When it comes to getting outside in winter weather, the right traction matters. So we developed winterized rubber outsoles specifically engineered grip in cold weather. MOLDED HEEL KICK Kick your boots off. When boots are wet and muddy, it s nice to remove them hands-free. That s exactly what the molded heel kick does. Just give the boot a nudge to help free your feet. DRY W A T E R P R O O F There s no denying feet sweat and trails can get muddy. There s also no denying the ability of our proprietary waterproofing system, B-DRY, which lets sweat escape while keeping moisture out. Ortholite Imperial.22 high-density EVA offers superior levels of rebound, cushioning, durability and support under foot. ASYMMETRICAL COLLARS Asymmetrical collars are designed to comfortably articulate with the ankles motion, accommodating for the unique ankle bone locations that are often unaccounted for in footwear design. MIDSOLE CHASSIS SYSTEMS Our TPU chassis add protection and stability underfoot. We engineer each of our TPU chassis for a specific purpose to provide the desired flex, weight and feel underfoot to maximize the trail experience. R-MAT is a blend of rubber, EVA and proprietary ingredients that have outstanding rebound properties providing excellent support and stability on the trail. R-MAT contours to terrain, latches onto wet obstacles for on/off trail confidence. R-MAT is highly resistant to packing out so it will continue to return energy for the long haul. CORED PU HEEL POD Keep the spring in your step. A polyurethane wedge under the heel provides excellent shock absorption (cushioning) and energy return (rebound) when you re on the trail.
