Venues close to home, for those closest to your heart Wedding Garden Just steps from the slopeside patio of the Grand Summit Hotel, the Wedding Garden is located at the base of Mount Snow, with the soft slopes of the mountain offering a unique and beautiful backdrop. A stone pathway with flower-lined granite steps opens to a grass amphitheater with seating for up to 250 guests. A wood platform and flower-covered post and beam pergola is the highlight of the venue. The Grand Summit Patio, just a few yards away, is a natural nearby gathering point for cocktails and hors d oeuvres.
Something New Carinthia Lodge Mount Snow s new Base Lodge offers incredible, state-of-the-art spaces for any special occasion. It features a floor to ceiling hand cut stone fireplace with massive doors that convert the space to a slopeside open-air venue with a 9,000 square foot patio and an outdoor fireplace. Receptions have the option to use one or two levels, all handicap accessible. The lodge features two indoor bars, outdoor bar service, and is available for receptions for 50-300 people.

With natural seating on nearby benches or around the hand-laid stonework fireplace, the patio is the ideal setting for a relaxed cocktail or welcome reception with up to 250 guests, but also offers plenty of space for a more formal outdoor seated meal. With eastern-facing floor to ceiling windows and double-doors opening to a large private patio, the Somerset Ballroom offers the comfort of a covered reception venue, and the open-air feel that you come to expect from any celebration in the green mountains. For more intimate affairs, the room can be divided into three sections to match the size of your celebration, while still offering plenty of space to dance the night away on the permanent hardwood dancefloor. For larger celebrations the ballroom expands, revealing a second dance floor, and large stage. Accessed by our Bluebird Express chairlift at the top of Mount Snow, this beautiful mountain-top outdoor wedding site overlooks the historic town of Dover, Vermont, tucked within the rolling hills of the Green Mountains. Natural landscaping surrounds the site, with restrooms and a full-service restaurant just steps away at the Bullwheel Lodge. A wooden deck is the perfect platform for vows, with over 300,000 square miles of national forest, one of Vermont s largest inland lakes, and the Appalachian Trail as its backdrop. The historic Sundance Base Lodge at Mount Snow features timber beams and vaulted ceilings. It s a great space for traditional Vermont celebrations, with the rustic feeling of a Vermont barn, paired with a full-service kitchen and a lofted bar. Home Sweet Home Away From Home Mount Snow, Vermont When temperatures rise in the spring, the Green Mountains explode with life and color. There s no better way to experience summer in Vermont than from a scenic ride on the Bluebird Express, while you tee-off at our 18-hole championship golf course, or on a mountain bike at the iconic Mount Snow Bike Park. Mount Snow owns and operates the 198-room Grand Summit Resort Hotel and Conference Center and the 92-room Snow Lake Lodge. Six different condominium complexes are located on resort property with Mount Snow managing approximately 125 condo units. Throughout the Mount Snow Valley, guests will find a variety of accommodations ranging from historic Vermont country inns to ski lodges and motels. Guest room blocks and discounts are available with 10 or more rooms at any Mount Snow property. Room rates vary by date and group size. As much as we love snow, we throw some of our biggest parties during the warmer months. Every year, thousands head north to Mount Snow for our July 4th Fireworks celebration, Mount Snow Brewers Festival, and Mount Snow Oktoberfest. Sometimes, our most productive conversations occur on a snowmobile trail deep in the woods, on the chairlift in between runs, on a mountain bike, or paddling one of our nearby lakes or rivers.
