Meeting programme We guarantee up to 16 one-to-one meetings with senior railway delegates of your choice and with those who wish to meet with you. Meetings will take place throughout the Summit and each meeting will be 30 minutes. All guaranteed meetings will be pre-arranged and pre-qualified, based on your meeting partner selection. Prior to the selection, buyer procurement intelligence will be shared with you. We will endeavour to arrange additional meetings during the Summit with people you would like to have informal meetings with. Most meetings will take place in one large meeting room, where each supplier company is allocated a meeting table. However, if you have an exhibition stand or a private meeting room, you may also host your meetings in a more private environment. 6
