Welcome to Rural Doctors Masterclass V The Rural Doctors Association of South Australia (RDASA) leads professional education delivery through its annual Rural Doctors Masterclass. The event brings together South Australia s rural doctors to participate in challenging, experiential education and training whilst networking and building colleague relationships. In its fifth year, Masterclass is growing from strength to strength, and in 2018 we anticipate hosting our biggest event yet. Masterclass V offers a range of up-to-date, lively hands-on education and training sessions, accredited by the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. RDASA RDASA was established in 1991 to provide South Australia s rural doctors with Progressive education and training Timely medico-political advocacy and support Camaraderie and future workforce growth RDASA offers all rural doctors industrial and policy representation within South Australia and nationally through the Rural Doctors Association of Australia (RDAA). We are wholly dedicated to the viability and support of all rural medical practitioners to provide quality services to their communities. 3
Sponsorship opportunities RDASA wishes to extend to you an invitation to partner with us at this year s Rural GP Masterclass V, South Australia s peak rural GP networking and education event, at the Adelaide Convention Centre. RDASA anticipates 70+ rural doctors, registrars and students from across South Australia to attend Rural GP Masterclass V. Businesses are welcome to submit a personalised marketing proposal for the Committee to review. Exhibition space The Adelaide Convention Centre will be hosting Masterclass V, providing an idyllic space for sponsors to mix directly with delegates during registration and during breaks throughout the day. The trade exhibition will be open from Saturday morning through to closing on Sunday afternoon. Meals and drinks will be served amongst the exhibition space, providing plenty of opportunities for delegates to visit and speak with exhibitors about relevant programs, technology and products. Exhibition passport draw RDASA will be organising an exhibition passport draw, allowing exhibitors to receive maximum delegate exposure. You are most welcome to contribute a prize to the draw. Sponsorship booking & payment conditions The Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 10% is applicable to all goods and services offered by the Masterclass and all prices in this document are exclusive of GST. GST is calculated at the date of publication of this document. Sponsorship will be allocated only at the receipt of the signed Sponsorship Application form. An email confirmation will be provided to confirm booking, together with a tax receipt once payment is received and processed. All monies due and payable must be received (and cheques cleared) by Adelaide to Outback (AOGP) within 14 days. No company will be listed as a Sponsor in any material until full payment and a booking form have been received by AOGP. Cancellation Policy In the event of cancellation, a service fee of 50% of the total fees applies for cancellation prior to the 31st May 2018. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date. After sponsorship has been confirmed and accepted, a reduction in sponsorship is considered a cancellation and will be governed by the above policy.
