European Soccer Tour 2012 Italy Cup and Copa Catalunya American Soccer Academy Saturday June 23, 2012 Departure from Dulles International Airport. Sport program Italy Cup 100+ teams participating 15 different nationalities 10 grass fields Accommodation Italy Cup Hotel/Full board - daily breakfast, lunch and dinner is included. Hotels (all 3 star Italian classification) in and around Cesenatico, close to the cozy boulevard along the Riviera Romagnola. Here you ll find a variety of bars, restaurants, terraces and places of entertainment. All rooms for 3 and 4 people have simple bathroom, with toilet, wash basin and open shower. All rooms are equipped with TV and telephone and most rooms do have a small fridge as well. Rooms can have a queen bed for 2 people and/or bunk beds. Facilities include a dining room and most do have a bar, TV-lounge and a terrace. Please notice that we will inform you approx. 2-3 weeks prior to departure about the exact hotel name. In Southern Europe the so-called incoming agents contact the hotels to book rooms, and they offer us block allotments based on *** (3-star) hotels. Approx. 2-3 weeks prior to arrival of your group, they (incoming agents) will divide up the groups over the contracted hotels based on the size of the group and the allotments they have. Accommodation Copa Catalunya Hotel/Full board - daily breakfast, lunch and dinner. This three start hotel is situated in the center of the city of Santa Susana, offering plenty of shopping and entertainment for visitors including sandy beaches and an abundance of water sports on offer. The hotel features 270 rooms, spread over 6 floors. This 3 star hotel is situated at about 100 yards from the beach. Santa Susana is located 40 miles from Barcelona. The rooms for 3 and 4 people include TV, telephone, bathroom with shower and toilet, air-conditioning and most rooms have a balcony. The hotel offers a reception, safety deposit, lounge with bar, restaurants, bar, elevators, outdoor swimming pool, terrace, game room (against surcharge) and billiard and table tennis (against surcharge). The Tour Prices quoted above include: Accommodations and meals as specified in the itinerary. All mentioned transfers by bus. During the Italy Cup and Copa Catalunya the tournament organizers arrange special shuttle transportation or free public transportation. On free days we can arrange a private chartered bus for excursions (for an additional charge). Tournament participation and all team fees. Please review the tournament information sheets for detailed information. Costs for arranging the sport program. A local representative/assistant at each tournament will be assigned specifically to your group throughout your stay at each tournament, and will provide you with any assistance when necessary, and help plan or amend your daily schedule as needed. Round trip air fare as well as airport taxes as noted. Not included: Beverages (soda) with meals. Gratuities for representatives and bus drivers. Admission fees to attractions.
Options: An accident, illness and trip cancellation insurance. Information will be mailed to you after booking. Single rooms in hotels are an additional US$ 40.00 (CAN$ 50.00) per night this in addition to the double room prices. Please notice that in cases when we offered double rooms (2 people per room) and your group has an odd number of people (7, 9, etc.) booked then we have to incorporate 1 triple room (rest doubles) or 1 single room (rest doubles). It is up to the group to decide if triple rooms or single rooms will be incorporated in such a case, and if single rooms are used then the group is responsible for the extra cost of US$ 40.00 (CAN $ 50.00) per person per night. On free days during our summer tournaments we can arrange (for an additional charge) a private chartered bus for excursions.
