The person/organization requiring the service will be responsible for the return travel expenses, accommodation/ subsistence allowance (If service rendered outside Dar es Salaam) and any other expenses related to the particular service being rendered. The costs are computed at the optimum prevailing airline/hotel rates or at the prevailing Tanzania Government rates whichever is higher to cover all official subsistence costs where the services are being rendered.
