DINING KATSUYA BY STARCK Katsuya pairs master sushi Chef Katsuya Uechi s modern take on Japanese cuisine with Philippe Starck s iconic sleek and sultry interior in a sophisticated sushi restaurant that transports guests to the bustling streets of Tokyo. With four separate kitchens hot kitchen, sushi bar, Robata grill, and the bar (the liquid kitchen ) Katsuya s menu highlights include Crispy Rice topped with Spicy Tuna, Miso-Marinated Black Cod, and Waygu Tobanyaki, in addition to Baha Mar exclusive menu additions Conch Salad and Conch-oyaki. Open for dinner nightly. FI LIA BY MICHAEL SCHWARTZ James Beard Award-Winning Chef Michael Schwartz brings honest Italian food and the simplicity of handmade artisanal breads and pasta to Fi lia. Here, a meal begins with a crusty loaf presented with olive oil and fresh oregano snipped at the table. Next, Caesar salad is tossed tableside followed by rustic pizzas from the wood oven that highlight beautiful seasonal produce and fresh, house-made pastas (try the Kale Pizza or Black Squid Ink Pasta you won t be sorry). CLEO MEDITERRÁNEO At Cleo, award-winning Chef Danny Elmaleh captures the vibrancy of Eastern-Mediterranean cuisine with dishes that showcase bold flavors found throughout Greece, Turkey and Lebanon.
