Your first hands-on cooking class based on what we found at the market, followed by a lovely lunch. Relaxing time by the pool. in the afternoon and aperitif in the evening. Dinner at a gourmet restaurant. Tuesday Day 4 - June 12 Home-made breakfast. Visit of the Abbaye de Sénanque near Gordes. Lunch in one of the best restaurants in Gordes and visit of the village. Visit of a local oil mill with olive oil tasting, and tour of a local winery with private wine tasting. Provençal pique-nique for lunch. Second hands-on cooking class in the afternoon followed by dinner. Thursday Day 6 - June 14 Home-made breakfast. Visit of Q u a r r y L e s B a u x a n d t h e exceptional Cathédrale des Lumières. Lunch in one of the gourmet restaurants in Les Baux de Provence. Tour of the Lavender Museum in the afternoon and home-made dinner. Friday Day 7 - June 15 Home-made breakfast.
