TERMS & CONDITIONS STARTER Spiced sweet potato, carrot and red lentil soup Smoked ham and pork terrine with pickled red cabbage and poached apricots MAIN Turkey paupiette, roast potatoes, winter vegetables and pigs in blankets Braised beef brisket, roast potatoes, winter vegetables and Yorkshire pudding Brie and cranberry tart, roast potatoes and winter vegetables DESSERT Dark chocolate and chestnut delice with raspberry gel Christmas pudding with brandy sauce 1. These conditions apply to all guests attending the Christmas programme of events. 2. All events are subject to availability. 3. All provisional bookings must be confirmed within seven days of booking with a non-refundable deposit of 15 per person. 4. All bookings must be accompanied by a signed booking form and any bookings not confirmed after seven days will be released without further notification. 5. All balances must be paid in full by 1st November 2018. 6. All bookings made after these dates must be paid in full within seven days of booking or, if the booking is less than seven days from the event, payment in full is required immediately. 7. The rate for the event and any accommodation shall be the rate detailed in the confirmation of booking supplied by the venue, which may be sent by fax, post or email. 8. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT, but may be subject to any other relevant taxes/levies at the current prevailing rate in force on the date of the event. Prices advertised are subject to change prior to the booking. 9. Except as set out below, we regret that all payments received, including deposits are non-refundable and non transferable. 10. We regret that should your party size decrease in numbers, payments (including deposits) cannot be offset against food, drinks or accommodation. 11. If the final amount is not settled in advance (see terms above) the venue reserves the right to cancel the booking. 12. In the unlikely event that the venue is obliged to cancel the event all monies will be refunded or an alternative date or location will be offered (at the venue s discretion) without any further liability to the venue. 13. All menu choices and special requests (e.g. dietary requirements and table plan requests) must be made known to the venue at least 14 days before the event. 14. No additional food and drink of any kind are permitted to be brought into the venue by party organisers or guests. 15. The Ageas Bowl 3will endeavour to ensure that all information and prices are accurate both on the website and in its brochures. However, occasionally errors occur and the venue reserves the right to correct prices or other information in such circumstances. If a booking has already been made, the venue is entitled to cancel the booking without liability. 16. Preferential accommodation rates are available at the venue s hotel, Hilton at the Ageas Bowl, for partygoers. Rates are available from 99 B&B. Seating will be on a table of 10, with mixed groups at joiner parties. Requests for table sizes will be noted and accomodated where possible, but cannot be guaranteed. FAQS Q. Do you have car parking available on-site? A. Yes, we are pleased to be able to provide complimentary car parking on-site. Please be aware this parking is available on a first come, first served basis. Q. What time should I arrive? A. Your party night commences at 7pm, with dinner served at 7:45pm. Q. What should I wear? A. We recommend you dress smartly, with strictly no jeans or trainers. Q. Do you have a cashpoint? A. Yes we do. Please note, a charge is applied to any cash withdrawal. Q. Are you able to cater for partygoers with food allergies? A. Yes. We work very closely with our team of executive chefs and can create a suitable menu. We ask that you advise of any special dietary requirements at least 14 days prior to your party. Q. What time should I book my taxi home? A. All parties finish at 1am. Q.
