Your Sponsorship at IEPC 2019 About the IEPC The International Electric Propulsion Conference (IEPC) is the premier international forum for spacecraft primes, hardware developers, government researchers, academic scholars and students in the field of electric propulsion. The IEPC is held every two years and is attended by more than 500 participants with representation from more than 25 countries. Sponsorship Packages Useful sponsoring information The IEPC 2019 will have a rich and diverse technical program featuring the latest developments and research results in the field. It will host a number of informative and educational events, along with technical visits. Corporate Logo Recognition on Signage The sponsor agrees to provide his/her corporate logo in an.eps file format to Nikolaus Ortner via email at nikolaus.ortner@univie.ac.at by 15.6.2019. If the corporate logo changes, the sponsor will notify Nikolaus Ortner and send the new corporate logo in an.eps form. Due to the production time of certain items, if a graphic change occurs, we cannot guarantee that the item can be printed with the new graphic. Your company sponsorship reflects your organization s commitment to electric propulsion and helps to ensure that special events during the conference are memorable, informative, and worthy of the occasion. The sponsorship funds will provide support to keep the conference registration fees down. In striving to motivate graduate student participation, IEPC thus also subsidizes a large portion of the registration fees for graduate students. IEPC enables students to interact with the EP community and increase the likelihood of their joining this field as professionals.
