TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. All Packages are subject to availability. 2. A strict non-refundable deposit of 20.00 per person will be required on bookings no later than 14 days after initial enquiry. If a deposit is not received within 14 days, then your booking will be cancelled. 3. All alterations to a booking are to be confirmed in writing. 4. All monies paid in advance are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. We regret that should your party size decrease in numbers, payments (including deposits) cannot be offset against food, drinks or accommodation. 5. Exclusive hire available for parties of 90 or more. 6. Balance and final details on all parties are due no later than four weeks prior to your arrival date. 7. Menu pre-orders, including dietary requirements, are due no later than two weeks prior to your party date. 8. Any parties that are booked after Friday 4th November require immediate payment in full. 9. The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate parties or move events to a smaller room to ensure optimum numbers. 10. The Management reserves the right, in unusual circumstances or in case of under subscription, to cancel or re-arrange events. In this case an alternative date or venue will be offered, or a full refund given. 11. Beverages of any kind are not permitted to be brought into the hotel by the event guests or clients. No corkage is available. 12. We regret that definite table arrangements cannot be guaranteed, however every effort will be made to accommodate the client s wishes. 13.
