Bulletin 2 VI Interamerican Scout Forum Panama2018 XXVII Interamerican Scout Conference In a very short time we will be reunited again, holding the 6th Interamerican Scout Youth Forum and the 27th Interamerican Scout Conference. In this occasion it will be in the city that houses the Interamerica Support Center of the World Scout Bureau, the Panama City. The city of the Canal that unites the two great oceans, the city of skyscrapers, the city of constant rain and the heat, the city of wonderful dawns, the city of the Casco Antiguo and Panama Vieja, will be hosting our Youth Forum and our Conference. At that time it carried out the symbolic inauguration of what would be our Regional Office. We were witnesses to the time in which our then Secretary General, Luc Panisod, opened the door of the building 172, so that all Conference participants may enter and leave a bit of their country represented in a stone that was placed in the fleurde-lis created just for this. Today, after 8 years, again the Conference is held in Panama. Since then many good things have happened and the professional team is Always Ready to receive them in this is now your home.
